These came just in time for me to shovel my driveway. I thought the elements were on the backs of the hands so was uneasy with gripping a snow shovel, but it must have been okay. I did n't think with the elements on the palms of the hands, that my hands would stay warm. But, when I got inside and took them off, my hands were warm. They are huge( I 'm sure intended for a man's hands), but I made it work. In the long run, I 'm very happy with them. Will probably only wear them at home because of the way they look on me, but that's okay too. Like that they run off of normal batteries instead of a power pack that could eventually stop charging. Like the battery pack pocket on the back of the glove. Did n't really notice the weight of the batteries. All good.

The employee recommended these. He is passionate about snowboarding. He says these have a feature he loves, which is the wrist strap. He says that when you are on the chairlist and want to take off your gloves or mittens to use your phone, the great thing about these is that if they slip/fall, the wrist strap keeps them with you/ on your arm, so that you do n't have to worry about them falling off the lift and you lost them. He says it's a really good feature. He says he and friends have lost mittens that do n't have this feature.
