i 've had two jr frogs for about four yrs but always liked the popping frog better but i lost all of my popping frogs so i put the regular 65 walking frog on and missed two fish so i put the jr walking frog on and hooked up every fish that blew up on it i think they eat the smaller frog frog better...

Use on heavy rod fast action 7ft- 7' 6 with braid minimum 50lbs. I use a frog weighted 5/0 1/8oz screw lock. These things work like no other I 've tried every freaking brand that makes them and zoom out preform all of them. You 'll go through a bunch until you figure out how to make them last but it's worth it with these guys. You can throw this in open water, over pads, pond scum you name it bass will destroy it guaranteed!

I 've fished this frog in ponds that get a lot of fishing pressure, and caught dozens of bass like I was fishing somebody's private pond! I reccomend fishing it with braided line though, so you do n't get your heart broken when what would 've been your PB breaks your line. Theres multiple ways to fish this frog, but either way you 're gon na catch fish on this frog. It's a pretty durable soft plastic, but after several fish you may need to rehook it or put a new frog on. Depends on how feisty your fish is! Overall though, this is definitely a soft plastic bait you need for your tackle arsenal.

I 've been using jitterbugs and hulapoppers all my life. They work so well that I wear them out. A black jitterbug after dusk is a guaranteed bass catcher. One thing I 've learned: remove the forward barbs. It unscrews. Bass hit the tail of the lure or swallow it whole. All the forward barb does is cause bleeding( mine). Save the forward barb incase the rear one breaks.
