No workout DVD was included which might make this ball seem like a lesser value compared to others; although, it's unlikely that I 'd actually use the DVD so not a big deal to me.

The gofit balls are a level above the others. They have a shiny surface that doesnt collect dust or stick to your sweaty skin. They all are made of thick, burst resistant material, rather than having to pay extra for that like some lines. Their foot pump is superior to the hand pumps that come with other brands.

Overall, I 'm very satisfied with this ball. I 'll probably get the next size up just because I like to have a little more surface area to do crunches. I do n't know why people complain about the foot pump-- I think it's great and it only took me about 5 minutes to inflate the ball. There were also instructions included in the box on how to inflate the ball. The only thing they forgot to mention was to take the plug out before attempting to inflate it. I guess they include 2 ball plugs and I did n't notice that one was already in the ball( this is my first stability ball).

Nice that this is weighted as it really helps it to not move around. But not good if you are picking it up for exercises or bouncing it. It really does n't bounce. So consider whether or not you are going to pick it up for exercises before buying it. Good, heavy construction. You will probably have to inflate it twice, as the thickness takes a little time to stretch to full diameter. Kind of a specialty product, but I like it.

I bought this ball as a hopeful replacement for my computer chair a fair amount of the time and I have n't been disappointed so far. It blows up very easily with the pump that comes with it and does n't lose air at a noticeable pace, even with my rather hefty butt planted upon it. The freedom it gives you for moving around instead of being stationary in a chair ca n't be overstated and it's helping my back recover from a herniated disc bit by bit.

Along with the DVD and what I will refer to, it's `` Workout Ring '', I am super happy with this product. What's a `` Workout Ring ''? These guys printed basic visual cue's to several of the possible stretches/ exercises you can perform with the ball, on the ball... it's very helpful as you become familiar with your new stability ball.
