Since purchasing this item, I have been using it and enjoying it hundreds of times every day. The ball return works well. The matte lays flat and, so far, shows no sign of wear. For those people whose mat had a slight fold bump in their mat; just lay a fairly heavy item on that area and it should relax and lay flat. It also helps to put on hard surface and not carpeting. As other reviews state- the Slow Direction is way too slow. The Fast Direction is fairly realistic to most of the greens that I play. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
