I finally got out and hit the course for the first time since getting the IS the other day and, while my score still was n't good, I was striking the ball better and with much more consistency than I have in years. Using any impact bag requires proper technique. There are many reviews by users who repoprt `` stitchinig separated '' after a few swings. First off these bags will not hold up to a full on golf swing. Secondly, you impact the bag more with the shaft first in the CENTER area of the bag with a moderate and less than full swing impact. One of of the uses of the bag and to learn to hit the ball with proper shaft lean with a moderate version of your real swing. Hitting the bag in the bottom portion( as if you were actually trying to hit a ball) with an aggressive swing will ALWAYS cause the stitching to break. I use this bag the way it was intended to be used( impact somewhere in the Yellow area), shaft leading the club face and have no issues. It's not a golf ball!! Hitting the Yellow area with the CLUB FACE first is not only the wrong way to swing, it will eventually tear/rip the impacted area with an aggressive swing. Reviews stating the product will not hold up should be ignored because the approach which causes this to happen is flawed. Impact bags, when used properly, are a great training aid!

I was looking for a replacement for a putting mat I had for a couple years. My old one had a battery operated ball return that stopped working. No batteries needed for this mat and the ball return works great, all by gravity. My new putting mat from Perfect Practice has already helped me improve my putting. Two parallel solid lines help me keep the putter square to the target and there is a nice dashed line to follow straight into the hole. I especially like using the solid parallel lines on my follow through. It seems that my putting stroke was breaking down after I hit the putt by not staying on line. The lines help a lot. Also, the hole itself is slightly smaller than a regulation cup size, to help improve aim. The edges of the mat have a good looking raised edge that keeps the ball from rolling off the mat. This version was the smallest and it easily rolls up and fits into a nice bag, when not being used. I have n't put mine away since I bought it, but it is a nice feature. The larger models with nice wood features look great, but are too large for the space I have.

I am using it on a shag carpet and it lays perfect every time. The roll is straight and I do not need extra gadgets to figure out what I am doing wrong. This is very stable, has a little gripping surface on the bottom, so it wo n't move on a livingroom carpet. The coolest thing about it is, the push- in rubber plug. Leave it flush with the plastic ramp, and the ball goes up the ramp and come back down to you. Works well at returning putting. It does have a l'IP in front so it is not entirely like a real putt but it definitely helps with long distance aim. Because it's electric there's no power drain and battery replacement.

It works as advertised and has lots of measurements handy to the avg. golfer. I take this to the range almost every time. It has definitely helped me range my bag. Good Product that is easy to set up. The app is very easy to interface with at the range. It is a little wonky to review data, but does the job. I have not paid for any of the subscriptions or courses, but I imagine it would be great for a sim. I only use it at the range.

Used this in store while evaluating putters. I used a heavy mallet putter for years, however never felt like I had a good feel for putts and would always go well past the hole.
