I bought this product my senior year of highschool and used it throughout my whole career in collegiate gymnastics. Using this strap with physical therapy and icing allowed me to heal and get back to 100% with no brace at all.

I bought this after suffering with tennis elbow for weeks. Started wearing it during the day to start but found out wearing it at night to bed helped even more. After about 2 weeks of on and off use my tennis elbow is now under control. Would highly recommend. You can tighten it as much as you like or leave it looser, it's very adjustable.
