As a 3. 5/4. 0 player and playing about 30 games wearing these shoes, they have delivered for me in the toe box and the support needed. Traction on the court is fantastic and allows me to make quick moves. I searched high and low for the perfect pickleball shoe. I felt like Goldilocks: the toe box on this one was too narrow... this one was too stiff... this one had no arch support... this one just looked ridiculous on my feet. The Wilson shoe fits me perfectly. It's comfortable, light enough to not interfere with the game, and looks great.

This is the 6th pair of shoes I 've purchased to replace my previous Wilson Ace Rush Pro's and I finally found a shoe as comfortable! The toe box is nice and roomy but my foot does not slide around. The back of the shoe is low enough that it does n't rub or aggravate my ankles. These were comfortable straight out of the box and after playing two hours of pickeball.

So far I only have 2 brands that I have purchased other than my Nike Cross trainers that I began playing with. My Nike and Prince brands were a little heavy, but stood up to playing on outdoor courts quite well. In the long run I found out that I am heavier on my left side and both pair tore on the outside mid foot area. For both it took about 9 months. My Asics are lighter weight and comfortable, but will have to see in 9 months how they hold up. Several people that I play with have them and say they are great. I hope to review these at a later date, but for now they feel great.

[ I ’ ve been really happy with the FuelCell 796v5 pickleball shoes. Right out of the box, they felt lightweight but still supportive. The fit was true to size for me, with a snug( but not tight) feel through the midfoot and enough room in the toe box. On the court, they feel quick and stable. The cushioning has a nice bounce without being too soft, which makes it easier to push off and change direction quickly. I especially noticed this during lateral movements — I felt confident planting and cutting without sliding around.
