Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

I usually wear a 7. 5 or 8 depending on the brand. I got the 8. I tried on the 8. 5 and they felt better in the store but were too long. These shoes have made a big difference- comfortable, with cushioning, but also good support to hold my foot and stop it from sliding forward during play. This is also a slight wider fit, or maybe more accommodating, and I can play four longer without any pain the next day. Also the sole grip is good even on slightly damp courts. Even the laces stay done up, and it ’s easy to get them right pressure. Really pleased.

Bought these for pickleball because they are a court shoes. Own several pairs of OC shoes so knew the quality and comfort was consistent with the brand. These do n't disappoint. Took 4 times to wear them to break them in and feel comfortable in them. They are heavier than my cross trainers. The only downside is the price. They are expensive.

Secures my foot in place while playing which is important to me because I tend to bruise my toenails with the lateral movements. Glad New Balance updated the stock photo for this shoe because it was the men's colorway for a while. I also, I wish that womens colors were also mens colors just like Brooks shoes. I prefer mens colorways but can not get them due to my smaller size.

Size 9. 5 regular was perfect. I had been a 9wide and tried the 9. 5 wide and 10 regular because they felt so snug. Once I got on the court, properly laced, they support well and my foot has room without slipping inside the shoe. My PT also said the Y shape was the best.
