The Vacuum
So far I only have 2 brands that I have purchased other than my Nike Cross trainers that I began playing with. My Nike and Prince brands were a little heavy, but stood up to playing on outdoor courts quite well. In the long run I found out that I am heavier on my left side and both pair tore on the outside mid foot area. For both it took about 9 months. My Asics are lighter weight and comfortable, but will have to see in 9 months how they hold up. Several people that I play with have them and say they are great. I hope to review these at a later date, but for now they feel great.

Now that I have had these for a couple of weeks( playing 2- 3 times a week) I can not say enough good about them. Not only are they really attractive( I purchased the all white as it goes with everything- but will be investing in other colorways) but they felt really comfortable and light right away. Sometimes I think light means not very supportive, the other brand that I wear and like feels a little block like, not so with the Intrigue. From the first time I played in them they were so good that they did not even enter my mind during play, other than that I think they are cute. No bad break- in period. I know we are just talking about tennis shoes here, but these feel simple, classic, and beautiful. Wilson is knocking it out of the park with their tennis gear and I am along for the ride!

But this shoe feels lighter/less bulky and more responsive. I usually always swap out the factory inserts for a third party set due to a high arch; but in this case the Wilson insert was more cushioning and comfortable. With some shoes I have to size up for enough room in the toe, but as with the Rush Pro, my actual 8. 5 size fits well. Great color options and overall look for this shoe too!
