I recently purchased a xxio 13 driver with a stiff shaft. I hit it great at the demo but not so much after:-) I saw this driver on sale because it was last years model and I have played Cobra before so I bought it after reading some reviews. This thing is amazing! I read reviews that said it was n't forgiving, boy are they wrong. I am a 21 handicap and I have had a few mishits and the ball still flies straight and long. I am also impressed with the Lin Q shaft it is easy to swing and it really stable. On top of that it looks awesome and sets up nice at address. If you looking for a great driver look no further.

I changed the shaft to a Ventus Red 60R after purchasing. Distance is great, ball speed, forgiveness and accuracy are amazing. I was still battling too much of a fade so I changed the heel weights from 9g to 13g and now it's very straight with consistent distance and spin. I think the `` max '' versions of various drivers( including the QI4D) are becoming obsolete because these core models are so forgiving and offer more distance and accuracy. Love this driver- took some tinkering but it's my new gamer.

I have always been a huge Wilson fan, but this driver is next level! It is, by far, the best driver I have hit. It is n't magical, you still need to hit the shot, but it is so forgiving and it crushes the ball. I have only hit it at the range, but the distance was so good, they asked me to stop! I have yet to take it out on the course, but I am excited to do so. If I can transfer the length and the accuracy to the course, it will be a true game changer. This is one of the best deals in golf. If you are considering it, do it. The club does not disappoint. I am hitting the 9 degree in a stiff shaft.

[ I had 2 rounds on a simulator with this so far. On average I 'm hitting overall 10 yards farther then my old driver. Still getting use to this Driver my common miss now is a push straight right, It is n't slicing just a straight right push that will still go 260 yards just 40 yards offline. I 'm not the one that continually hits center my miss on the face is towards heal and I ca n't believe the ball is still traveling 240 to 250 when the same miss with my old driver will go about 220.

My wife bought me the new Qi35 Standard driver, but I went in to Golf Galaxy to hit all 3 models to see which fit my game the best. They set me up with the same shaft in each of the drivers and let me hit into the launch monitors until I had made my decision. After reviewing all 3 with numerous hits, it was clear the LS was the best fitting club for my swing. I really like the carbon fiber top and the shape of this clubhead. Had been playing the 2025 Elyte driver and while at golf galaxy simulator I decided to test the Ping 440k against it. The Ping is significantly straighter and I was getting about 10 yards further so I traded in. Have now used it on the course twice and am very happy I made the trade. As others have noted, most drives have been in the fairway compared to about half of them when I used the Elyte. The added distance of about 10 yards or so is a plus as well.

For the last 5 years I have been using a Cleveland Launcher( MFG date 2003?) and I hit it extremely well. My golf buddy recently bought a Cobra F9 and asked me to try it and to my astonishment I drove the ball farther with his club than I do with my own club SO I started looking for a newer driver. This Srixon looked like it was the closest match to the Cleveland Launcher. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the shaft is stiffer than the Fukishira stiff shaft on my Launcher but, those concerns disappeared the very first drive I used this Srixon on- my golf league started on the back 9 and I nearly drove the 10th hole!! That first drive was right on the sweet spot. Other drives that weren ’ t quite on the sweet spot were still impressive. Tee the ball high( I use marked blue tees) and you won ’ t be disappointed.

With my old driver I was consistently carrying about 225 or 230 and rolling out to 250 on my best day. With this I consistently carry 255- 260 and roll out at 270- 285. I am straighter and longer with this driver.

I have been using Callaway equipment for decades. I used to be a five handicap but as years go by I am now at 10. I am female and have joined the ranks of senior citizenship. I am a senior golfer and was previously gaming the Callaway Paradym X 12. 5 driver--- no complaints. I upgraded to the QI35 Max from my Costco Callaway Edge and it was well worth it. The Max is much more forgiving, with off center hits going further and having less gear effect. I 've only had the driver for a couple of weeks and I 'm still dialing it in. I had been playing with a 11- year- old TaylorMade driver and thought it was time for an upgrade. There might be a little bit extra distance on the new driver, but it is hard to say because I have n't played with it enough to get everything set the way I would like. On my first trip to a driving range and prior to making adjustments to weights I had an unusual for me hook. Once I got the weights properly placed, I was able to get that straightened back out. I play tennis, and my experience with Wilson Clash tennis racquets( and related models that benefitted from the breakthrough technology) is what drew me to Wilson Golf clubs when I recently picked up golf. It ’s been longer and more accurate than my TSI2. On average it ’s about 15 yards longer due to lower spin and my longest drives are about 25- 30 yards farther than my longest drives with the TSI2.

To start, I just started golfing this year back in January. I ’ m already getting down to about a 15 handicap shooting around 85 from the blue tees which are championship tees at some courses or 1- 2 tees in front of those. Just went to get fitted for drivers because I ’ ve been using a 20 year old R7 Taylor Made driver and it just isn ’ t doing the job. Dispersion is wide and I have an extremely high spin rate with it. Tried a ton of different drivers, shafts, and setting and this one was BY FAR the best. Average carry distance was 255 and total was around 280. The dispersion was 23ft and was hitting tight, baby draws. I see this driver says the forgiveness level is low, but this was super forgiving for a new golfer like myself and the spin rate was 2, 500. Bought the driver immediately and can ’ t wait to see how it goes this week on the course!

Titleist yet again exceeds on this driver. I 'm a 15. 4 HCP with a driver swing speed avg of 85. This felt amazing off the face. The performance I received was absolutely awesome! I could work my typical shot which is a fade and I could tell there was a difference from my old driver. The stock shaft is pretty good but I have AV orange R Shaft and it's an amazing pairing. I would definitely recommend this driver to someone who does have a driver swing speed below 90mph

I got fitted for this after playing G425. I originally got fit for a 50g stiff red Denali, cut down a half inch with a 9 degree head. But when I got it felt different than fitting, too stiff, hard to launch. Returned and ordered a Calloway quantum with red denali, after after waiting just under 7 weeks called Callloway and found out it would be another 5 weeks at least, I could n't take it, went back and my guy at Dick's was very understanding and said that was unacceptable, he knows I play everyday. Went back to G440 but this time I used my own specs, 60g regular flex, 10. 5 head. The 60g is slightly stiffer than 50g regular like an R+, and the head weight went from D3 to D4 which it states on Ping website, and kept standard length which for that shaft is 45. 5. I love it, can launch at will but still keep it down if I want or need to and the head weight gives me a much better feel. I 've been playing a cut down driver for 10 years for control, head always felt light. This feels natural and great and the length is n't a problem either, finding strike as well or better than cut down, with extra length. Saw a great youtube video on this subject where the guy gripped down an inch then 2 inches then cut an inch and cut 2 inches, very eye opening. Main points were his control did n't get any better as it got shorter and the feel changed for the worse. And he pointed out you 're going against the manufactures design when you cut it. Not saying you should n't cut down but not as straight forward as I thought. Bottom line really like this club and gained some distance not because of new club head or engineering, although I think the forgiveness is higher, but from shaft length. The 60g shaft is really stable which if I am losing speed from extra weight is made up for with stability and better strike.

I played the G430 Max for about a year or more and switched to the G430 SFT. I found it more forgiving. I turned around and bought the 440 Max because it had a draw setting not present in the G430 Max. I returned it after a couple of weeks and exchanged it for the G 440 SFT. I have been extremely pleased. Although I play a draw and do n't slice too often, I still like to eliminate the potential. I do n't necessarily need to or want to `` work '' the ball and if I know my drives are going to go straight, slight draw or at worse weak fade, that works for me. The G 430 Max and G 440 Max definitely allowed the occasional slice.

I was fitted with this driver and although it was a bit pricey I gave it a go! I love this driver. My shot grouping on the simulator was tight as well it was on the golf course since I had the opportunity to play 2 rounds with it. Not one tee shot with this driver went out of bounds. On the simulator, I did n't register a lot of distance but knew with the grouping this driver fit my game. It's not always distance needed to focus on but for it to set you for that approach shot just had me blown away. I knew I would work it out to get the distance I needed and it did. I ended up increasing my loft to 12 degrees and the weight set at full draw+ and abracadabra! I am getting my distance back and finding the fairway! Will did a great job of having me try out many other drivers but this driver fit my swing and fits my game. I am grateful! It was money well spent in my bag because I can confidently get off the tee box with this driver! Quit worrying about distance and look at your grouping. Once you are pegged with this driver, you 'll get the distance you need and will be able to stay on the fairway! What more can an amateur golfer ask for? The Ping G440 SFT is a great fit for this golf who once slices but now has a power fade to a draw! The forgiveness??? I could n't ask for better forgiveness on any other driver because this driver proves it! I 'm ready to give this a go on my Sunday golf team!

I bought this to replace a 3 wood. I really like the deeper face which is very forgiving off of the tee or sitting up on some light rough. The depper face kind of eliminates the chance of cutting under the ball. This club is also excellent off of the deck in the 13. 5* model that I bought. Even on tight fairways it performs well. In those shots it comes out a little lower and hotter, but it is great for reaching par 5s and great off the tees of tight fairways
