I bought this 6 months ago and have playing with it non stop. I 'm about a 4. 5 in skill level and can just about place the ball how ever I want to. I love the shape and style of the paddle. The length is great for quick hands up at the kitchen and for the hard to reach defense shots that make you take a step back or lean just out of reach. The shorter handle works for me. My only complaint I 'd like for Onix to upgrade the handle strength and overall materials for the core of the C1 Summit. This shape and style of paddle could easily compete against the quality paddles of Selkirk Vanguard and the Paddletek Bantam and Tempest. Onix team, if your listening, I hope that this is something being discussed for future development, I 'd be happy to be an ambassador for this style of paddle, I 'm looking to start competing this year in NC and hopefully other states as well. C2 Summit?...... One can only hope!

I was able to purchase the Aura Pro through their beta testing program and have been playing with it as my primary paddle for 2 months now. This thing is a truly great paddle. The power is top tier. You can definitely feel the trampoline effect when you hit this thing in the sweet spot. It also had great control for drops and dinks. Based on performance alone this paddle is top tier. I have been using the Evoke Premier Pro Raw Carbon Pickleball for rec play as well as tournament play. The paddles plays very nicely. It has a very large sweet spot and has the raw carbon face which allows you to add an enormous amount of spin to the ball. Recently got this paddle and immediately played in a tournament with it. It changed my game! The power I was able to generate off my drives, the zip my ball had off it in fast hands rallies, and the control I had with it make it a great paddle. Looking forward to playing with it more!

My wife and I love this paddle. It has so much better qualities versus our other one. It ’s lighter, it has a larger surface area, it ’s longer, it has a better grip, and it provides a much more solid strike and control of the ball with minimal effort. Kind of like moving from an inexpensive Hyundai to a well equipped Lexus. Both will get you to your place but one will feel and drive so much better than the other. Now the question of how much usage will I get with the new paddle as my wife has claimed it as hers.

The ball doesn ’ t jump off the paddle as much compared to my other paddle, so I like it for dink or short shots. When it was time to smash the ball, I liked using it because of the longer handle. I finally got to play with this paddle after it arrived two weeks ago. This thing is awesome. Very light weight yet sturdy when you hit the ball. I 'm a aging tennis player who, let's be honest, can only handle pickleball now. This paddle is excellent( in my opinion) for anyone who's coming from the tennis side of things and finds the airflow around the traditional pickleball paddle shape to be odd. In addition, the shape is better for those tennis players who are using to having some bulk on the edges. It's really all about shape and airflow and this paddle kills it in those regards. The sweetspot is n't as strong as the Hyperion or other Ben John's style paddles, for sure, but this is more comfortable for me. Bit pricey, but success ai n't cheap.
