I got a very very bad first roller skate as my first ever one. When I switched it with the RB Cruiser 4x80. Man..... The roller skate rolls by itself. Ahahaha almost! Comfortable as a Feather! And fast enough. I 'll upgrade it with ILQ9 bearings and Undercover cosmic lime wheels. I 'm looking forward to get my second rollerblade, but I 'm unsure which model will fit my feet better. I was looking into the Twister 3x110.... But heard it was a bit narrow. So, I got afraid. I wanted to try the same feel and fit of the cruiser, but more confort and a better fit. And, of course, increase the speed with the 3x110 wheels. Which model would you guys recommend me next? Thanks. Cheers from Brazil. JP

I have used Lightning TRSs, Twisters, and Maxxums for the last 30 years. This is the best skate ever for Skate to Ski. It ’s stiffer than other skates so the support is outstanding. The new liner and footbed fit great. It fits so well that I took off the 45 deg buckle. I also put on a frame for bigger 90mm wheels. Great job Rollerblade!

I 'll start with the not great part first. Break in period was tough- probably b/c prior to this, I have n't skated since the Mighty Ducks franchise was in theaters. Once broken in, these babies fit like a perfectly- worn glove and they perform like Kobe in the clutch. Agile, fast, smooth, and supportive, my Twister XTs are BY FAR the best skates I 've ever worn. As good as advertised, do yourself a favor. Stop looking and buy yourself a pair.

I bought these because I needed rollerblades that would do well on uneven sidewalks and/or rocks/pebbles on the road. I figured with the big wheels, that would help... and I was right! They are very sturdy, comfortable and fantastic quality. The only cons I ’ ve come across are that they ’ re not very agile and feel a little clunky and heavy. I wish they were made with two wheels instead of three. However, 3 wheels are probably better for a beginner/average skater( since it provides better front to back stability), but I wish there was a 2- wheel option for more advanced skaters. Overall though, I am very happy with these skates.

Wanted to get into inline skating as a low impact exercise. Was in my teens last time I did. Running is too hard on the knees. These are great for the price. The wheels are HUGE and great for outdoor skating. I would n't recommend for beginners. Get smaller wheels if you 're just learning. Only downside so far is the straps tend to not stay tight. They loosen very easily. I 'm 6' 6 with 13 size shoe. These are true to size. Wearing these 195mm wheels and I 'm over 7' tall which is a long way to fall. Make sure you get safety gear as these have no brake.

I 'm back on inlines after 22+ years off skates( last on 5- wheel/80mm Simmons, RacerBlades, and ProBlades in 1999- as a 10+ year ultra- distance road skater: A2A, NY100K, etc.)- and the Maxxum XT did not disappoint. Great boot, liner, height,& wheel- size@ 90mm: good support, comfortable, not too much of a jump in height( 80mm> 90mm), solid wheels& fast bearings. Extremely satisfied. If I make the jump to 110mm wheels, would plan to get these in that size( I 'd get the 125mm boots, and downsize the wheels). Rollerblade has always been a superb operation: professional, prompt, thorough, safe, and they deliver what they represent. I will definitely continue doing business with them. Thank you on all counts.

I bought these skates 2- 3 months ago and they are my first pair of inlines. I bought them for the purpose of teaching myself how to skate I order to learn the sport of hockey. At age 26 starting for the first time has been very accessible for me. These skates are deceptively snug which at first glance I was worried since the laces only cover the top of the foot. After lacing them tight and properly fighting the 2 straps you have your self essentially a new extension of your feet. I ’ ve made great strides to the point I ’ ve started practice with a hockey stick and luck now without the fear of falling. The price is hard to beat for a great pair of beginner skates

These twisters arrived today and they are very pretty!! well done!! my observation for others: 1. I am size 10/28cm in my usual shoe; I was unsure whether to choose 10/10. 5 or 11/11. 5!! I chose 10/10. 5 and they are perfect, they are super comfortable, I went out of the house and at what speed they take they look like a rocket!! I have 21 years without skating, I am 33 years old, I think I made a good choice in this 3- wheel model, everything is practice, the good thing is that I have a notion of skating!! My foot is normal to a little narrow, I would n't recommend it for people with wide feet... it says on the box that it comes with an Allen wrench but it did n't come with it:(,, it comes with an insole included which would be your size 10, if you remove it it reaches 10. 5.. it comes with 2 red/black braids.. I feel like you should bring your Allen wrench and a small oil for the bearings!!

I bought a pair of these skates in early July 2022 after realizing that a 3WD layout with larger wheels was going to be the best way to meet my fitness goals. I will admit that when I first heard of 3- wheel skates, I was a little skeptical about the alleged benefits, having been a 4- wheel inline skater for over 25 years. But after only three months with these skates, I am convinced that 3WD skates meet the hype. My endurance and speed have both greatly improved, although this wheel configuration does struggle on uphill stretches more than a 4WD skate does. One change I wish was made for this model is fitting a faster- ratcheting strap fastener. Oh, and a replaceable liner would be nice, too. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the Macroblade 110 3WD. If you ’ re looking to go faster for longer but don ’ t have the budget for full- on speed skates, these are the skates for you.

Bought these to mainly to to the roller rink with family. Took a little bit to wear in but very comfy. Wheels glide like butter. Only down fall was the bolts are on super tight, the front wheel bolt is now warped and could get it off, guess I 'll be keeping them until the wheels wear out. I was able to take the brake off no problem though.
When selecting inline skates for street use, consider features such as wheel size and hardness, which can affect speed and grip on various surfaces. A sturdy frame is essential for stability, while a comfortable boot ensures a secure fit during longer rides. Additionally, look for skates with good ventilation and cushioning to enhance comfort during your skating sessions.
Street inline skates are typically made from a combination of durable plastics, aluminum, and composite materials that provide strength and lightweight performance. The wheels are often made from urethane, which offers excellent grip and durability on pavement. The boot construction may include breathable mesh and padded liners for comfort and support.
Choosing the right size for inline skates is crucial for comfort and performance. It's recommended to measure your foot and refer to the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer. Keep in mind that some skates may fit differently based on their design, so trying them on or checking return policies can be helpful if you're unsure.
Recreational inline skates are generally designed for casual skating and comfort, featuring softer boots and larger wheels for stability. In contrast, performance skates are built for speed and agility, often with a lower profile and stiffer construction to enhance control. Your choice will depend on your skating style and intended use.
Yes, many inline skates designed for street use are suitable for beginners, especially those that prioritize comfort and stability. Look for skates with a wider wheelbase and softer wheels, as these features can help new skaters maintain balance and control. It's also beneficial to choose skates with adjustable features for a better fit as skills improve.
Inline skates for street use are best suited for smooth, paved surfaces such as sidewalks, bike paths, and urban streets. They can handle some rougher terrain, but performance may be affected on uneven surfaces. For optimal skating experience, look for areas with minimal obstacles and good pavement quality.
