It's very sturdy and being 6' 1 '' I set the pull up bar at its highest and my feet do n't touch the ground which is perfect. I bought this rack a month ago to build a home gym and it has exceeded my expectations! The 3×3 11 gauge steel is high quality and as good as any commercial gym I 've been to. You can do everything on it from bench press, squats, pull ups, dips, etc., and it does n't take up a ton of space. The weight storage is an added bonus. Can anyone who's purchased this item please give an accurate review. One guy is using this to complain about a shipping fee that HE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED BEFORE BUYING! I appreciate the other review but I 'm not sure if they actually used this. For anyone that does n't want to pay for shipping, you can ship to the nearest dicks store for free. I did purchase this item and I will post a real review with pros and cons. I 'm worried about the ease of use with the bench and how easy or difficult the assembly is.

I was questioning whether to buy this based on the lack of reviews, but decided someone has to be the first to buy and make a real review( instead of just complaining about shipping, just do store pickup wacko) Anyways, this thing was pretty straight forward with assembly. I tested squatting on it, not a ton, about 300lbs and even dropped it onto the spotting bars. It took it like a champ when I re racked and also dropped weight on the bars. It was n't shaky or rocking, even when I do n't have it bolted to the floor( which it does come with bolts for that). The spotting bars are very thick and sturdy as well. The only thing I could complain about is the bench has a little wobble, but it's minimal and does n't wobble while I am sitting, or laying on it. Overall I 'd say it's definitely worth purchasing if you are not sure.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull - ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.
