[ I chose these Jordan Girls Bike Shorts for my 5- year- old daughter to wear to Kindergarten and around the house. I chose the Size Medium for my daughter, as she is on the top of the growth charts for height and weight for her age. The inside tag describes the Medium size for ages 10- 12 years( 128- 140 cm), but it fits my 5- year- old daughter well( she is 60 pounds and 3 ' 9 '' in height). The shorts are super stretchy and the large elastic waistband is comfy on her. She loves wearing these shorts as is or underneath dresses.
