[ I use compression boots almost every evening as a recovery tool, this was my first experience with a heating and cooling element- and a more specific area tool. First off the fit is excellent and highly adjustable. It comes with extenders if needed, but the overall size and build is perfect for my knee/leg. The Velcro is easy to adjust even while in use and overall easy to use. The settings are easy and intuitive, you can select compression level as well as cooling and heating preferences. I ’ ve used both on all settings and will use both for one recovery session. I ’ ve used before and after a workout and honestly love it for both, will most likely use it more after a workout or run- but would be open to using it before if I have pain or knee issue. Overall, I would recommend this and feel like it will be a game changer to help with my training. The heating and cooling alongside the compression makes all the difference. I plan to use this as well as my standard compression boots. This is hyper localized, and considering I ’ ve had knee issues in the past I see this being a big help keeping me healthy and able to continue movement.

This is my second knee support from Bauerfeind for my exercise. The first one I used was Genu Train P2 knee support. Frankly said. They never disappoint me!! The sizing is legit. I followed the sizing instruction on the order form and found that the fit was quite comfortable right out of the box. Do take a moment to carefully read the sizing directions as the measurements are to be taken from the center of the knee cap. Make sure the knee ring is properly aligned over the center of the kneecap as well. The support far and away exceeded the comfort of my collection of braces and sleeves. Despite the fact that the sleeve provides constant compression, the fiber construction was not overly constrictive and was not irritating or itchy. This is not one of those knee supports that is made of that sweat- inducing wetsuit- like material. I think this is a crucial difference. The best support in the world does n't help me if I can not wear it for extended periods of time. Also, the sleeve fits under normal clothing, even dress slacks, so I was able to wear it all day long without looking like corporate robo cop. I have had the product for several weeks now and I am very happy with it. I am currently undergoing physical therapy and recovery for the knee and the support provides a good deal of stabiity and comfort on the road to recovery

MRI shows a torn medial meniscus and the beginnings of arthritis, but surgery( which will be the third on this knee) is over a month away. I do n't want to shut down my activity. I was looking for something that would help manage the discomfort as well as support the joint so that I could confidently continue my activity. After doing research, I chose this product. It provides everything I wanted. On first use, a 3 mile walk, there was some binding on the back of the knee, but after about 300 yards, the fabric apparently `` broke in '' and the binding stopped. My knee felt secure even on uneven surfaces. It took some effort to get the brace on, and positioned, as the brace needs to be snug to do it's job. I 'm hoping that with further use and break in, and maybe a little talc, it will become less of a struggle. Love this brace!

I had a catastrophic leg injury in September 2016 that required major surgery. I was in a full leg brace for 2 months, then a partial leg brace( steel& plastic) for another 3 months. I then needed to find a less- invasive brace, but one that would provide strong leg support. The Zamst was the answer. Even my Orthopedic Surgeon liked the brace. I high recommend this brace. My only suggestion is that the size chart steers people to smaller sizes. And, the braces run small. The chart suggested I get a medium while I almost always wear large. But, the large was too small so I got an extra- large. The return process worked well but it would be better to have the correct size from the beginning. Once we got there, I 'm very pleased!

I 've been using this brace for about a month now after I was cleared for activity following my ACL surgery. I play a full contact sport, and the first time I put it on it took me about 10 minutes to get used to, but after that I hardly notice that it's there. It does n't limit my movement, but definitely helps keep my knee stable through the hard hits and falls. I would definitely recommend this brace.
