I have been buying these boots for as long as I can remember. I am 74 years old, and for the past 40+ years these have been my go to boots. Every few years they are replaced with a brand new pair. Recently I went to my local feed and supply store, where I have purchased these boots in the past, and was informed that this particular style was being discontinued. After telling my daughter she insisted that I look online and sure enough I was able to order from the company website! I bought these after reading the reviews which indicated some purchasers were having discomfort at the ankle. I have worn them indoors for 1- 2 hours without difficulty and then started wearing them outdoors for 1- 2 hour walks with my dog. We were on sidewalks and in wooded areas. I walked in long grasses on rough ground. I have had no issues and find them to be comfortable and supportive. I will now be wearing them for full days outside when the weather is colder and wetter. I am very pleased with them.

Only pair NOT on sale. Sad day for me! Lol For those of you who have not had the pleasure of owning a pair of these boots, I 'm normally a size 9 to 9. 5 in regular shoes. I didn ’ t care for how the boot fit my foot, or that they didn ’ t really break in at all. Had them for two months and came right back to my Durango ’s. Well worth what you pay for them.

I 've worn these a few times a month for about five months now and I 'm impressed by their waterproof ability. Recently I had to work for several hours out in the rain and every layer I was wearing ended up soaked- but my socks and feet stayed dry! Construction wise I 'm concerned about how hard they are to pull on- I 'm afraid they 'll wear out at the heel early.

I read some mixed reviews regarding sizing, so I felt that it was helpful to focus on that for others that are unsure. I am a true 6. 5. I ordered a 6. 5 and they are correct from toe to heel- not much extra room, but pretty standard sizing. I do, however, have slightly wider feet and I find the boots to be very snug. I think they will break in nicely, but be aware that they will feel tight if you have wider feet. Overall I like the show!

Amazing boot! Well made and durable. I had a foot injury in 2020 and my ankle needs extra support, this boot not only fit my ankle( it likes to swell) but gives it the support it needs. They are snug and need to be broken in but very comfortable! I wore them for a 12 hour day the first day of breaking them in!

Cute and really warm. These are super cute and are holding up really well. Bought them for a trip to NYC it was feels like single digits all week and my feet were never cold. The dont show any wear thus far. They are really hard to get tied tightly. This causes a bit of heel slip when walking long distances.

I have been looking for a boot to replace my discontinued Keen Elsa ’s for 3 years- so glad I finally found these. I have been walking the dog in them for months& hust spent 4 days walking 8+ miles a day in Canada in temps between 5F- 40F and was comfortable the entire time. They are so squishy and support my extremely high arch very well. Would definitely recommend.

These are my favorite shoes of all time. They ’ re so warm I only wear thin socks with them. They ’ re more comfortable than tennis shoes with a really great supportive squishy sole. I wear them all winter long in Pittsburgh. I think of them as a great commuter shoe, you can walk in them all day and they ’ ll keep out the inclement weather. I actually do n't own these shoes, but I tried them on in an 8 at the store( I wear 8. 5 but they only had whole sizes) and wanted to say that they are pretty narrow and snug. If I had bought them instead of choosing the Explorer III, I 'd have bought a size 9- 9. 5 just for normal socks. I just wanted to let everyone know they should probably size up, maybe even two sizes! Very cute boots.

Since it's been snowing more this year, I decided to upgrade my snow boots and I am so glad that I went with these ones! I sized up a half size, which worked perfectly with my warmer, thicker socks. The boots also are n't too tight on my calves, which have been an issue with other snow boots in the past. Very excited to have these for a while!

I bought these to replace my old Sorels and could n't be happier! I typically wear size 8. 5 but bought size 9 in these boots and they fit great. They 're a lot slimmer and lighter than my previous Sorels( also size 9). They 're warm enough for Minnesota winter, but also adorable with the red laces!
