If you are a 120lb lady looking for a water jug for your kids soccer practice, this is not for you. However, if you ’ re a 230lb Hungarian looking for a water jug to get you through a 14 hour day on the farm, then by God this is your jug! Great sports bottle. It's really light and it's really neat how it just squirts out without having to open and close it with your hand I would say my only downfall for this is that you ca n't put it in the dishwasher you have to wash it by hand.
