Very happy! For some reason, I have to size up a 1/2 size in Sorel. No biggie. I love the color and versatility of this bootie. Easy to get on/off with the elastic and pull tab. Once on, the elastic is not too tight. I wore them for an entire day before I wrote the review to make sure they meet the mark. The back heel almost makes you feel as though you are slightly forward( hard to describe), but not uncomfortable. I wish the bottom of the sole was a little more lug, or aggressive because I am in snow and ice. Did I mention they are waterproof!!!!

I 've worn these a few times a month for about five months now and I 'm impressed by their waterproof ability. Recently I had to work for several hours out in the rain and every layer I was wearing ended up soaked- but my socks and feet stayed dry! These are snug at the instep if you have “ taller ” feet; it took a few wears to start to feel comfortable, and takes a shoe horn every time to get them on. Surprisingly roomy at toe box( which is where my width is). Learher and construction seem good. Cork later at the sole makes these a bit more casual, but colorwise, plays well with all the neutrals. Good looking for a casual boot. Squeaky for first day, then not again. Haven ’ t tested waterproofing yet.

My first pair of Chaco's boots- The package arrived on time- purchased 1/2 size up men's fields lace boot. In hand inspection of the boots coloring and construction are excellent. The dark brown leather is blemish free. The feeling of fit wearing thick wool socks is comfortable, no odd pressure points along the upper or side portion of the shoes. Man made foam insert foot bed sits on top of the compressed paper or leather mid sole. The glued on `` Chaco '' rubber sole is grippy and has deep treads for a secure wet stance in the rain. I read some mixed reviews regarding sizing, so I felt that it was helpful to focus on that for others that are unsure. I am a true 6. 5. I ordered a 6. 5 and they are correct from toe to heel- not much extra room, but pretty standard sizing. I do, however, have slightly wider feet and I find the boots to be very snug. I think they will break in nicely, but be aware that they will feel tight if you have wider feet. Overall I like the show!

I ’ ve been wearing these boots for about a month now and have nothing but great things to say. I would recommend these to anyone. I don ’ t have a particularly wide foot but I like to wiggle my toes a lot and the toe box has plenty of space for that. I used their online foot sizer with my foot as flat as possible and my toes spread out as wide as I could get them and was recommended a 9. 5 wide, they fit perfectly. Very well made. You can tell they are individually crafted in an old school manner and not just spat out in mass numbers and I love that. The leather is heavy duty and beautiful, I get compliments on them wherever I go.

They are extremely comfortable to stand in all day they feel like they are still breaking in. Extremely satisfied with these boots though there do run extremely big. I bought these in December 2024. They ’ ve sat because I was stuck between the 9D and 9. 5D. I ordered both. I ’ m normally a 9. 5 in just about everything. Vans, Nikes, Thorogoods, you name it. The 9. 5s had a little bit of heel slip and plenty of toe room, and I was afraid of them feeling too comfortable straight out of the box and them stretching too much. Because that ’s honestly what they felt like at first. The 9ds felt tight. Very little heel slip, but doable, but ultimately tight… I decided to go with the pair that felt the most comfortable straight out of the box, the 9. 5s. Again, I was skeptical, but they turned out PERFECT. They are comfortable straight out of the box, and after just a day of wearing, I ’ m already noticing them molding to my feet and the heel slip vanishing, and turns out they were not too big at all, they were ABSOLUTELY perfect. So my recommendation with this particular pair of Durangos, go with your true to size. Even if they feel slightly loose at first, they will mold to your foot and the slip in heel will begin to go away as you wear them in. This is by far, THE MOST comfortable pair of cowboy boots I ’ ve ever owned. Ever. I absolutely love them. I do everything in these from yard work, going out and about, motorcycle riding, etc. these are awesome.

[ I got the white. I was immediately impressed with how effortlessly fashion forward they are. The colored laces really do give the shoes the perfect touch. I read all the reviews about how comfortable they were and was a little skeptical, BUT they are extremely comfortable. I have flatter feet and worry about shoes I plan to live in. Great boot. Had them over 2 months with no visible wear. Now the tough part will come.. manufacturing work. Very comfortable and looks solidly built. Very light as I can drive my manual shift car as good as with tennis shoes.

[ My wife and I have been avid hikers for about 6 years now, and frequently travel to Colorado and Arizona for most of our trips. We just finished up a trip to Arizona- my first hike using my new Timberland Trailquests. I wish I had bought these boots years ago. I assumed they might be a bit stiff and take some time to break in, but I was overly impressed by their immediate comfort. Unlike some of my previous boots that proved to be bulky and heavy, the Trailquest boot is lightweight while remaining extremely supportive, and the sole's design assists with stable traction during the more challenging parts of your hike. On top of being an exceptionally functional boot, they are also visually appealing and draw compliments from other hikers.
