This is my second pair after 3 years of wearing them basically everyday. As someone with planters faciitis and a heavy heel walker, walking around my home barefoot can trigger a swell. They keep the heel pain at bay. These flip flops are nice looking with casual and sports wear. A huge plus being they 're waterproof and very easy to clean. After 3 years they barely faded after spending 90% of my time outside in heavy sunlight. I would personally not recommend for wide feet as they fit very narrow on my narrow feet.

The ride is almost luxurious like a custom orthotic. It has a high arch and the shoe is built a bit wider. I would say they run 1/2 size larger.
