[ Used this for three years, taking a few back packing trips each year. It's held up thus far. It definitely packs bigger and weighs a bit more than other netting, but the footprint is great in order to keep my pack within my tent area.

[ I bought this to compliment my hammock camping. So far I 've only been able to setup in my backyard but it has worked well. We have a drainage way that is full of reeds and has a steady presence of bugs and this worked well. The opening is somewhat tight to get into but setup and overall use was excellent. The additional tie off cords were great and it held it shape. I 've tried it during rain and at night an its held up quite well. Look forward to a few more weekend getaways.

Mile and a half
I have a cheap hammock that the bug net torn in. I purchased another Eno product since my Eno underquilt added so much more comfort to cold nights I thought their bugnet might also. I was not disappointed. The net once fully installed has enough space to throw your pack underneath giving it a dry bug free place. Coating the net in permethrin before your trip adds another layer of protection for the deep woods. But the net it self has an abundance of room on the sides so even persistent bugs have no chance to dine on the sides of your arms. I recommend this for almost any hammock user.

[ My first time camping overnight with my hammock I suffered many big bites. By the next overnight, I had This bug net and it made a huge difference. Not only did it keep 100% protected from bugs it provided an area underneath to catch my fallen pillow. Next purchase is a tarp and I ’ m set.

[ Purchased about a month ago, have used it a few times and love it. No ridge- line to setup really makes it easy and quicker than other ones that I ’ ve used in the past.
Lightweight mosquito nets provide essential protection against insects while being easy to carry and set up. They are designed for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, or backpacking, ensuring a comfortable and bug-free experience. Additionally, their lightweight nature means they won't add significant weight to your gear, making them ideal for long trips.
Lightweight mosquito nets are typically made from breathable, durable fabrics that allow for airflow while keeping insects out. Common materials include nylon and polyester, which are known for their strength and resistance to tearing. Some nets may also feature treated fabrics to enhance insect repellency.
When selecting a lightweight mosquito net, consider factors such as size, weight, and intended use. Look for nets that fit your sleeping arrangement, whether it's a hammock or a tent. Additionally, check for features like ease of setup, portability, and any additional insect-repelling treatments that may enhance protection.
Yes, lightweight mosquito nets are versatile and can be used in various environments, including forests, beaches, and campsites. Their design allows for effective insect protection in both humid and dry conditions. However, it's important to ensure that the net is properly secured to prevent any gaps where insects could enter.
Most lightweight mosquito nets are designed for quick and easy setup, often featuring simple attachment systems or integrated suspension lines. This convenience makes them suitable for both novice and experienced campers. Additionally, they are typically compact and packable, allowing for hassle-free transportation.
To maintain your lightweight mosquito net, it's essential to keep it clean and free from debris. Regularly check for any tears or damage and repair them promptly to ensure continued effectiveness. When storing, make sure the net is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew, and pack it loosely to avoid creasing or damaging the fabric.
