I ’ ve been buying the Triumph since the models were in single digits. Love the evolution of them, and this one is favorite so far.

Tamara
Currently running in Triumph and moving to Endorphin Shift 3 per orthotics provider. VERY happy with Tirumph 19. I 'm a 58 yr old woman who just started running 7 years ago. I have asthma and have never been athletic. I raced in London Ontario this past weekend and ran my 5km at 26: 59 and place 2nd in my age group. Super happy with Saucony brand. It's the only shoe I run in.

Lizette GR
Very comfortable and great quality shoes. I loved the colour( yellow/neon) and the shape of mine.

Saucony shoes keep getting better. I love the Endorphin speeds for quicker runs but these are my go tos for almost every training run. I 've been stock piling Sauconys like some kind of doomsday prepper and may need to get sponsored deal to support my habit.

Fun fast and lightweight ... The upper is a big upgrade from the Speed 2, it feels like sliding on a sock. ... I also have the Endorphin Elites for race day but am seriously considering just racing in these as they are so

BB
The best running shoe I ’ ve used for training, covering speed workouts, tempo runs, threshold efforts, and long runs. I relied on the Saucony Ride for easy/treadmill runs and the Endorphin Pro for race day. I retired my last pair of Endorphin Speed 3 after 450 miles but still use them for walks. While the Speed 4 is out, I ’ ll gladly stock up on the 3s if I find them. These Saucony shoes played a key role in my marathon training and race, helping me improve my PR from 5: 07 to 3: 47. Shoes alone won ’ t get you a PR, but they do give you confidence.

I love the cushioning support of this pair! These Endorphins Speed 3 ’s feels amazing with unbelievable support on my knees. I feel like I can keep going that extra mile!

Been buying this line of shoe for years. Absolutely love it!!

I was unsure about these without ever trying them on, but I was pleasantly surprised! I have a neutral arch. I was worried the cushion would be too much but it is perfect. Easy on my joints and feet. I will definitely be buying another pair!

The best daily trainer I ’ ve ever ran in. It ’s so light and snappy. It makes running effortless. It shines in faster paces, but is still comfortable and stable at slower paces as well. I usually get some joint issues going longer distances, but the foam soaks up all of the shock while still feeling firm and responsive. On top of that, it seems to be very durable. It ’s overall an incredible shoe.

I finally wore these for the first time the other day and I absolutely loved them. I ’ m not a very experienced runner but I ’ m competing in my first Hyrox soon and saw so many of the experienced competitors wear these. Ran 5 miles in them and went through all the stations with enough traction and control. Definitely not cheap but a great investment

As an elite trainer and seasoned runner with a deep appreciation for Saucony footwear, I ’ ve found the Endorphin Pro 4 to offer an exceptional fit that aligns perfectly with the contours of my foot. This precise fit enhances comfort and performance, making it a standout choice in my running regimen. Given the remarkable synergy between my foot shape and the Endorphin Pro 4 ’s design, it would be prudent to maintain consistency in my footwear selection. Sticking with the Pro 4 can help prevent potential discomfort or injuries that might arise from frequently switching between different shoe models. Additionally, it would be beneficial if Saucony considers developing an all- weather variant of the Endorphin Pro 4. Such a model would provide runners with the same exceptional fit and performance across diverse weather conditions, further enhancing the versatility of this already outstanding shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes! I ’ m prone to getting blisters but that isn ’ t a problem any more with these shoes. They are super lightweight, comfy, cushioned but still give you that bounce from the carbon plate. I feel like my runs are lighter and faster. I font feel any shock when I hit the ground so it feels like walking/running on clouds. I can not recommend these shoes enough! I plan on using these for race day. They are so comfy for longer runs and faster speed runs.

These are my absolute favorite marathon training and racing shoe. Love the Pro 4 more than the elites too. Great mix of comfort and responsiveness with a wide toe box. I ’ ve trained and raced Boston and Chicago in these and currently training for this year ’s Boston and London marathons. I ’ ve turned all my running friends onto them too!!!

Disclaimer: I walk; I do n't run. This is my favorite Ride so far. It's more balanced and a bit wider. Love the tongue loop! Nice color offerings, though I do n't know why we ca n't get a simple navy blue. My normal size 9 fits perfectly. On top of everything, it's also a VERY nice- looking shoe.

Bought a few months ago—used to train in ghosts and those were a bit too neutral, but didn ’ t want something too bouncy either. These are the perfect in between( and are actually cute—rare in a more neutral shoe). I am a distance runner—half ’s usually, but have done a full marathon too. These are so great! Very stable. Sized up a half size( usually do in runners) and they fit great. Would recommend.

I have about 100 miles on these shoes so far and I ’ ve continued to like them more and more! Comfortable, good energy return, good for easy and long runs. Bread and butter shoe. Will be buying another pair once I wear these out.

I ’ ve tried most of the styles and keep coming back to the Saucony Endorphin Shift 2 w/Speedroll- just wish the prices were better. All the sneakers out now cost a fortune for something hood; yet they have the thinnest layer of rubber on the bottom and zero leather for durability. Honestly none of the sneakers out warrant the price points.

I 've had these for 4 months now and have racked up about 60( fast) miles. I use these for all of my fast runs from tempos around 6: 00/mi pace all the way down to 30 second 200m repeats. They are a lot more stable than my previous speed shoes, the Vaporfly 3. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a speed trainer or more stable race day shoe.

Very lightweight but not sprinter thin. It is good for a longer run like 400 or 800 up. Fits well normally the shoe size I buy is 13 and this was a 12. 5. It is a snug fit but good for a race. I would recommend this shoe. It has had some track action and still holding up well
5
Jake
First off the spike is super light. So far I ’ ve only ran 3k steeple in these but I can not wait to lace em up for a 5k. They feel fast, and propel you forward without being too aggressive, so it is fantastic for distance. Only recommendation is more color ways
5
sforstner34
I bought this spike for some upcoming 5k/10k track races and ended up with huge PR's of 14: 58/ 30: 56 the first two times using this spike! They felt exceptionally smooth and durable for the 10k( much better comfort and energy level than compared to previously used dragonfly's) with a very light feel. I believe these spikes lose their comfort the shorter the distance becomes however, as I personally would not recommend using these in a race shorter than 1500m. Additionally, I have had two instances of blisters forming on my heel as a result of these spikes, so I would be weary of racing in these without sturdier socks/ band- aid for cushioning.

Been wearing this brand for 10+ years... I love it for running, and this shoe is very similar to styles I 've purchased before. It does run narrow and I have thinner feet, so it's a close fit( maybe too narrow for wider feet) but for running that's what I want. Personally, I do n't care for the super bright colors and wish there were more neutral or dark options( a few years ago they had a black shoe with blush accents and that was my FAVE), but the blue and fuchsia is n't overly bright so that's the one I got. Overall it will be a good running shoe and serve it's intended purpose.

I ran my first marathon in these shoes this weekend( Los Angeles!) and think they are my holy grail. They are the only running shoes I ’ ve tried that haven ’ t given me a single blister. They fit my narrow feet like a glove and I will be wearing these for all my distance runs and races from now on. They are super lightweight and make me feel fast!

I ’ ve been running in this shoe for about a month and I am a big fan. Feels like the perfect combination of bounce, cushion and fit. I have a slightly narrow foot and Saucony has been my go- to brand for 15+ years. They always fit like a glove.

For reference I have a high arch and slightly wider feet( not wide purchase worthy). The most comfortable shoe I have worn in years. I had gone to Marathon Sports a couple of years ago and they had recommended Mizuno or Saucony and I went with Mizuno. When looking to purchase this time I read all of the reviews of this newer model and it does not disappoint!
