[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

I have had my Explorer for 7 years now and it is going strong! We went from tent to Pop- up to Travel Trailer now and have only cooked on our CC. I bought the Explorer 14 2 Burner Stove And the full size griddle for it. It was easy to assemble, Easy to clean, and I was able to cook two breakfasts and a dinner with ease for a troop of hungry Girlscouts this past weekend. Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I could n't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I 've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers do n't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

We bought the griddle and the grill accessories. One of my favorite things is that which ever one I ’ m not using acts is a warmer as I continue cooking other food. I literally planned an entire three day weekend of cooking around my new camp chef cooking system even though we have a camper with a stove and oven. Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle( sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore- the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. Get yourself a two burner with griddle and bbq box and save this one for pans and coffee making on an open flame so you do n't have to swap out accessories. You 'll be able to cook for the entire camp! We have a dedicated 5lb tank for this and it will last a week with regular cooking. I do n't give out five stars easily- this unit earns every single one.
