As a proud owner of a pair of Redwing Irish Setters, I can confidently say they are more than just boots; they ’ re a part of my everyday adventures. Unfortunately, my beloved pair has seen better days, and with them being discontinued, I find myself in a bit of a pickle( or should I say, a bootless situation). I ’ ve searched high and low for a replacement, and while I ’ ve stumbled upon the Marshall model, I just can ’ t seem to find a size 13 Wide EE anywhere! It ’s as if they ’ ve vanished into thin air, leaving me with a heavy heart and a longing for those trusty Irish Setters. So, here ’s my cheeky request: Could we rally the Redwing team to consider firing up the production line just for us loyal fans? I PRUCHASED THE MARSHALL BOOTS A FEW DAYS AGO AND ONLY HAVE WORN THEM FOR MAYBE A TOTAL OF 20 HOURS SO FAR. THE COMBINATION OF THE SOLE AND FOOTBED MAKE THEM VERY COMFORTABLE. I AM AFRAID HOWEVER THAT IN THAT TIME THE BOOTS MAY HAVE STRETCHED MORE THAN I THOUGHT. I SEEM TO BE GETTING MORE HEEL SLIP THAN WHAT I FEEL IS COMFORTABLE NOW.

I bought these boots after I bought a pair of ariats that after 2 months had already started to break down and cut into my foot. Needless to say I returned them and went with this boot. It's comfortable, waterproof which is a must since I 'm a new construction electrician and the electrical hazard safety was a plus. I did n't know what to expect but after 3 years of daily use it was finally time to replace them but if I had too, I could have pushed them even longer. I did n't keep them oiled as I should have so the leather was finally drying out. I replaced with the same boot just different style. Once you find something that works, you have to stay with it. The side by side pictures you 're able to see the wear they take over 1000 days of daily use, even use outside of work. My daily wear boot. Work and play.

I couldnt be happier with this boot. I work on cement 10- 12 hours 6 days a week and these boots have held up extremely well. I am now on 2+ years and they are still in good shape. No rips or tears. I change the insole every 6 months or so. I will definitely buy this boot again.

Since I started working I ’ ve only worn redwing boots because they ’ re study and comfortable. These aren ’ t any different. They require a little bit of effort to get on, but they ’ re really comfy( and also stylish, which is a pleasant bonus). I haven ’ t had to work in them in the rain yet, but I don ’ t have any reason to believe they won ’ t perform as advertised.

After lots of research I bought these boots for work. I manage small business with a machine and fabrication shop. I work in and out of the office and shop. I needed something that was n't big and clunky, but still protective. Also something that is good for standing on concrete. I have a little consistent knee pain, and wearing these boots helped reduce my pain. I really do n't have any complaints about these boots. Probably my favorite steel toe work boots that I have had.

I walk for miles in these boots for my job across all diff terrain types around the southeastern U. S. my first pair lasted me over 2 years before the inner heal wore out. They are so comfortable for me I wear them on every job, even sites where steel toes are n't required. My second pair started leaking at the seam after about 6 months and Muck handled the situation very professionally. Most everyone at my job uses Muck. They are high quality and comfort. Review from a 120lb female environmental consultant. Workware is often slim pickings for females, but these boots get the job done for anyone.

[ The boot is very nicely made and feels great. The steel toe caused a lot of rigidity on the boot which caused more heel sleep than I liked. I went ahead and got a version without the steel toe. I would recommend it if you need a steel toe but it just was n't for me even if it was a great product.

So far, I 've used them for outdoor walking in the rain, during summer and they 're great. The tall hight makes sure water and mud do n't splash in. They decently cushion my feet for long walks. Second pair of these boots. Wish they came in half sizes. We put an insert in them and they fit better though. Freest boot that fits snug to the calf without cutting off circulation. Important if you are weed whacking and don ’ t want a bunch of grass down your boot! Super comfy and keeps feet cooler than the cheap black boots. If you need to spend the day in work boots, these are the best, definitely worth the price!

As advertised, just a solid boot, well structured with that Vibram sole. The size 10 felt snug out if the box with work socks but they broke in without problem( Redwing 9. 5) Good traction and stance on snow, ice and mud. The height is ideal for chores and short distance walks. I 've received a few compliments on the looks too which surprised me for rubber boots.

I bought these boots for my husband. He wears a 15 which is very difficult to find. They only come in wide width, unfortunately, but he likes them and they look great. They were stiff at first but after only 2 wearings were much more comfortable. The price and shipping time were reasonable. This is my third pair of Carhart's 6 '' Soft Toe Work Boot. I love them. They are tough, long lasting and comfortable. I use them for my everyday foot wear except dress occassions. I even take my daily four mile walk in them. I hike in them and hunt in them. For me, they are the best boot I have every owned in terms of quality. When properly maintained, they are water repellent. This would n't have been my third pair if I was n't completely sold on this Carhart product.

I got these 2 years ago and yesterday I was at the beach with my wife. I wore these boots to the Santa Monica beach in CA. Before you ask, I hate sandals and shorts, I will not wear them. As I walked with my wife by the shore, I avoided the waves because I did not want my boots to get wet. Well, my wife was enjoying the ocean water when she thought it would be funny to hold me in place as the wave hit my boots. They got wet and submerged to about the 6 '' mark. My feet were dry. I was confused and surprised, they did not let any ocean water in at all. So I figured, why not and I pushed it further, with about 3 second intervals of waves, they survived. Until the water went above the 8 inch height and then my socks got wet, which is understandable. So I wanted to write a review because it deserved a review because it did a great job preventing water from getting in. It was kind of fun to be honest but the salt is not great afterwards.

I work in a steel warehouse for a ten hours a day and comfort is a must for me. I have been wearing these boots for the past five months and since day these boots have been the most comfortable boots ever. The first day I wore here boots for my full shift without problems and these boots felt like they had been worked in for months before. These boots have been through mud, snow, ice and I have had no problems with traction or warmth. I have had a 800+ pound hot rolled steel bar( scaled from the foundry and roughed outside covering) fall and give a glancing blow to my left heel and there wasn ’ t any marks on the heel of the boot. I could not be happier with these boots and while be buying another pair, please don not discontinue these boots ever.
