I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

I 've owned the Cloudtilt 's for over a year now. They are my go- to every day shoe. They are probably the most comfortable sneakers I 've ever owned and I 've been on this planet for many decades. They are very durable too. I occasionally workout in them but I mainly wear them around the house and even when I go out at night to a casual restaurant. They are just too comfortable not to wear. I wear these shoes to work every day and everywhere. Tough as nails and looks great even beat up. I never complain about foot pain anymore with these. The soles are so tough and the wear is minimal. The leather does wear out after a while meaning a looser fit but the hide hold up. I 'm on my 3 or 4th pair.
