Love this On Cloudeclipse. Firm and soft, with no plate. I have the cloudmonsters( have a plate) and after I ran in them my calves were in pain, and with the cloudeclipese I don ’ t have that problem. My old pair( previous model) was a little snug, so I sized up by half a size( from my normal size which, interestingly, does work for the Pegasus), and these fit really well. Alphafly 2 has been my only running shoe, so I ’ m sorry to see it appears to be on the way out. I hope the 3 is just as good. I love the booty fit without the need to deal with a loose tongue. Grab the loops at the top and back to slip on more easily. The laces did dig into the top of my feet, but problem solved with a Lydiard- style lacing( see photo).

The Nike Revolution 7 absolutely lives up to its name- it ’s a true revolution in comfort and performance! My 11 years old son has been running in these for a few weeks now, and they ’ ve exceeded all his expectations. Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe 's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it 's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes.
