The MetCon 10 has plenty of stability and padding in the heel and for the foot while lifting weights and is very comfortable I did have to go up to 11 1/2 in this shoe so if you have a wide foot and a high end step I would say go a half size up. Overall good for weightlifting.

[ The Nike C1TY Premium Shoe is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have worn in a very long time. At 1st glance, the shoe does not look comfortable and looks bulky, which usually translates to heavy and uncomfortable. This is not the case with this pair of shoes as I was pleasantly surprised when I initially tried them on. The shoe sole is well padded and has a nice bounce/rebound. When walking, you can feel the insole conform to your foot and has a memory foam feel. The toe box has ample space and was not constricting. I wore this pair all weekend and never once did I feel any discomfort or pain. The design of the Nike C1TY Premium Shoe is one that I would consider as upscale outdoor footwear. The design reminds me of a trail/hiking shoe but with style! The colorway is on point and the amount of orange makes the shoe standout without being overbearing. The outer sole provides superior non skid protection and enough tread to last a lifetime. The shoe is very sturdy but more comfortable than anything else. I really like and appreciate the use of CORDURA re/cor fabric on this pair of shoes. This fabric is known for its high durability and I know this pair will last a long time because of the fabric. I know I can take these for a moderate level hike and trust that the fabric will not be compromised. The fact that Nike can make such a durable shoe using reclaimed/recycled materials is inspiring. What I liked the most about Nike C1TY Premium Shoe was that it pleasantly surprised me on how comfortable the shoe really is, despite not appearing comfortable. The pair is very sturdy but comfortable. The use of reclaimed/recycled materials is also a highlight. Lastly, I always appreciate when Nike can add highly reflective materials in a very stylish fashion. Just enough 3M to catch your eye, making you have to look and admire the Nike C1TY Premium Shoes.

These are amazing. I ’ ve been wearing them as work shoes, on my feet at least 8 hours a day. Some days they take a lot of abuse. They have been really impressive. Still comfortable with great arch support. I have worn them in walk in freezers, wet polished floors, and tile without any slipping. I have also gotten a lot of compliments. I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

I never leave reviews, but these shoes deserve one. I got the Nike V5 RNR “ Denim ” and instantly fell in love with the style. The denim+ retro runner vibe is gorgggg. My usual size( 7. 5W) was all that was left, so I grabbed it. While they don ’ t run small exactly, I do think a half- size up might ’ ve felt even better for me personally. If you ’ re in between sizes or like a bit more wiggle room, I ’ d say try going up half a size. Comfort: Haven ’ t fully broken them in yet, but they already feel pretty solid. roomy toebox have been shopping around for court shoes for some time and discovered these gems. Apart from having flat wide feet, I have an arthritic big toe on my Gen X right foot. I love this shoe so much, the compression of the full length air unit is amazing, it's incredibly comfortable and gives you just enough pop to keep moving even when your legs are just a bit tired and sore. It's also pretty heavy which is great for training on easy runs since it makes running in a lighter shoe feel even easier and more efficient. This shoe also helps build efficiency on easy runs too, helping you maintain proper form and giving good feedback throughout the foot strike and through each stride. I will say however the shoe is not the most stable partly due to stack height and partly due to the air unit, so anyone who has ankle issues, specifically posterior tibial tendon issues may want to be careful using this shoe, since it's potentially easier to unintentionally over pronate. That being said I 've had no issues with it as someone who typically wears a neutral shoe. This shoe is also durable and has great traction, but it would be a poor choice to run on dirt/ gravel or anywhere where sharp rocks are present since it could damage the exposed portion of the air unit. Overall I ca n't say enough good things about this shoe, when used for the right purpose I really do n't think there's any better option out there, it's very unique and extremely enjoyable to run in.

Added support in the arch of the foot is noticeable but not too much and is comfortable for all day wear. Fit is true to size as far a Nike running goes. Outsole has good traction and did not experience any traction issues running outdoors or on the treadmill.

[ These shoes very quickly became my husbands favorite everyday shoe. When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn ’ t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren ’ t too loose and they weren ’ t too tight and he stated that they didn ’ t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it ’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. My husband now wears these shoes every day outside of work.

[ The Nike air zoom, structure 25, is a lightweight, breathable sneaker designed for distance and endurance. At first sight the look of the shoe wasn ’ t set to awe anyone. But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don ’ t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocks…not too tight, not too loose…just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. I would suggest flat laces that hold up to vigorous training and a larger pull loop on the back of the heel for convenience. Overall, 9/10.

Finally, an amazing Nike training shoe. The Zoom Fly 6 handles all paces I 've thrown at it, to include easy paces. Super versatile and so far extremely durable. Do n't worry about the creases as it's normal for ZoomX. I did need to 1/2 size up from my normal running shoe size though.

Pretty solid shoe all around, only had one 5 mile run in them and my initial thoughts were that they ’ re not as springy or cushiony as they look. But, while I was running I noticed I was hitting faster paces without exerting too much energy. The overall feel was pretty comfortable throughout the run, although I did notice when I did my cool down and was going slower the bottom of my foot, where my arch is started to hurt a little. I guess these shoes aren ’ t meant to go slow in, I ’ m not complaining. Overall great shoe and I ’ d recommend.

I was not a fan of previous iterations of the Pegasus, but Nike hit a Chord with the Peg 41. These are the most comfortable and durable trainers I have ever worn in my years of running. I took my first pair to over 500 miles, then my second pair to over 800 miles and they still feel great! If I could have one trainer for every run, it would be the Peg 41.

Love the shoe and design, the only thing I didn ’ t like was the black/white/bolt combo, well more so the white, looks tacky to me like an old man shoe almost. So I used a paint pen for sneakers( not sure if it will, but probably voids the warranty, I ’ m not sure but I plan to keep these for a bit) Looks way better, I think they should have been made like the pictures I posted. Either way, it ’s a great, comfortable shoe, will buy again.

Great gym/workout shoe. Super stable for lifting or cardio. I typically prefer zoom in the forefoot but these are awesome. I had been using my pegasus 39's and they were n't holding up well to my lifting routine, obviously since they are a running shoe. So these give me great stability, super comfort, and they feel like they can withstand the rigors of squats/leg press etc. I also felt great on the treadmill, actually better than I did in my pegasus because of the flatness of the sole. I typically lift hard then do cardio. My cardio felt even more stable in these because of the support, cushioning, and once again the stability they provide. I wear a 9. 5 in my pegasus and most other Nike products, these seem slightly( and I mean barely) bigger than normal. I would maybe try a 9 next time, maybe. But I still think they are awesome for my needs.
