I had to rinse- n- wear and sometimes just kept going as is( depending on our activity for the day); they never failed me once. Through relatively short hikes, long walks, swimming…this shoe never caused hot- spots or blisters. Sizing: I normally wear an 11. 5- 12 so I chose an 11. 5 in this shoe. Perfect! Keep in mind, I ’ m an easy fit for shoes since I have a pretty generic foot size and shape. Extra tip, I normally spray my feet with antiperspirant but these shoes stayed wet for nearly two weeks so odor was never as issue. I ’ d buy again and definitely recommend. Last note, there was an issue with delivery due to UPS, not Keen. However, when I emailed Keen, they responded within minutes. The issue resolved itself. I was just glad to see Keen so “ Keen ” to respond quickly.

Dear KEEN, You 've done it again! At first during the unboxing I was n't that excited when I saw the mid sole( I just spent the last 4+ years in the KEEN SOLR/green with full gum sole/much wider toe box/amazing shoe) wrap up on the toe box. Looks amazing! Performance blows looks out of the water! I had these on from Upstate South Carolina all the way to Saco Montana via RV this year. I got to test these out in all situations and they are great for whatever task is at hand. The foam mid sole and gum sole work as a team keeping your foot planted. On and off is simple. I even slide these on like a crush down heel. No matter the terrain this is a solid platform for your feet, extremely comfortable and they look pretty sweet.
