Love this piece so far. I 'm 6' 4 '', 250lbs and the XL fits me great. I typically need to order XLT shirts but this is sized well for me. Sleeves are good length but would n't have minded another inch. Thumb holes would have been nice. I have to maneuver a little to get it over my chest( 46 inch) but it 's not a problem, just noticeable. The material has a nice stretch to it. Might have a shirt on underneath or nothing under depending on temperature and wind. Love the hood fit with or without a hat. Zipped up the hood stays on well. Zippers work well. I 've washed it several times now and the material and color still look new. Washing on delicate and hang dry. I like it so much I might get another.

This is my favorite everyday light jacket for so many different reasons. First I love how light and effective it is as just a little something to keep the chill away. Secondly it dries so fast it blows my mind, no complaints from me on how quick it dried up when doing some sprinkler repair. It is very comfortable and has a very nice appealing look to it when worn. A cool feature on the women 's version that my wife pointed out is the hole in the hood for a ponytail when running. Will definitely be buying another if this one ever wears out.

This is my favourite Base layer hoodie for day to day and backpacking. There is a nice wide brim on it to shade your face. The fit is relaxed so it never feels uncomfortable. The sleeves are long enough to cover your hands to keep them shaded. The fabric is crazy breathable and dries super fast. The hoody is a bit heavy at 170grams but not having to use a stupid ball cap on my head more than makes up for that.

I really like the size of the hood and the fact that it covers your neck. If you wear it with a brimmed hat the hood protects your peripheral from sun as well. [ The Nike Primary Men 's Dri- FIT UV Full- Zip Versatile Hoodie is just what it says it is; a versatile hoodie. I 've been wearing it in a couple scenarios since I 've gotten it. At the time of writing this, the weather has been a bit all over the place here on the East Coast. One day it 's 90 degrees, the next in the 70s, but this hoodie fits with both for my uses. During my commute, I ride an electric kick scooter and wore this while riding for protection against the sun, and not only did it do well, it kept me much cooler than expected. It 's made of this great, breathable material and even has eyelets in the armpit region to help even more. It 's super comfortable and has a bit of a looser fit( mostly around the arms) which I thought was great with helping regulate temperature. When it dropped to the 70s, this was still the perfect fit to keep myself from getting too chilly during those cooler days and nights. It 's a very simple design featuring a double zipper and everything being all one color, black in my case, with a small Swoosh on the upper left part of the chest which made it very easy to wear and style. It features Nike 's signature Dri- FIT, which is both super soft and comfortable, and is great at sweat/moisture wicking to keep you cool no matter what you 're doing. Lastly, the pockets are super deep and can fit a good amount of length, whether that be a phone, water bottle, or something else. Very hard to find something I 'd want to change because I think this was a very well engineered hoodie!

[ This full- zip hoodie is one of my favorites in my collection. Because it ’s so warm right now, I haven ’ t had an opportunity to wear it outside of my house, but I have worn it at home and it ’s super comfortable. The material has some stretch to it and has a great feel overall. I get cold on flights, and this hoodie is so comfortable it will likely be my new go- to option for traveling. It has a double zipper to allow for some extra room around the waist area if needed, and two side pockets with zipper enclosures to help secure anything that you put in them. I also really appreciate the drawstring on the hood that enables a snugger fit around my head. There are two eyelets under each arm. These combined with the stretch in the material leads me to believe that this hoodie would be great for maintaining a good body temperature during an outdoor workout on a cold day. Also helpful for the outdoor workouts is the UPF 40+ UV protection of the material. I ’ m 6 ’ 2 and about 250 pounds, and the XL fits perfectly. Overall, I ’ m really impressed with the quality and design of this hoodie.

I 've had over a dozen different sun hoodies since they became popular. For Me, this is the best one overall by a wide margin. While some may feel more 'woven', and others more 'plasticy', this one seems to be the best of both worlds providing comfort and protection. It is very soft to the skin, and the material sort of 'hangs' on you without feeling 'clingy'. It has plenty of stretch, but does n't feel like a set of drapes. So far the shirt seems to be retaining it 's shape /size perfectly. Interesting enough, I wore it under a hoodie on a cool damp morning... casting really hard, I got too hot for the hoodie, but was reluctant to take it off. Finally I did due to sweating and was very surprised at how well this shirt regulated my body heat. The sweat evaporated quickly, and the shirt provided a nice light layer of protection from the cool damp air and light south wind. Once the sun came out the shirt really shined. Sleeves are plenty long, and the wrist/ hand coverings are a nice touch in case you forgot sun gloves. The hood is fitted nicely, proving excellent coverage while not being obtrusive. I chose the 'Neptune' color and I like that it is understated and does n't scream 'SUNSHIRT!!! If I had to nit- pick one thing, the closure button of the hoodie is a little challenging to snap closed with old worn- out fingers due the material being so soft and light.. but that 's really minor. I highly recommend this shirt if You are on the fence, You wo n't be disappointed. I do n't usually do reviews much, but his one was definitely worth a follow up. Good job Simms

So, everyone loves a good hoodie, and this might be the perfect shoulder season hoodie. It 's been a beautiful spring so far here in the PNW; cold in the mornings, but still kind of chilly in the afternoon. This hoodie is perfect for this weather. It 's nice and warm in the morning, but does n't seem to over heat when the sun hits it. A perfect hoodie for around the fire or those early morning inconvenient coffee bike meetups. Ok so at first I wasn ’ t sure how I was going to feel about this lineup for the Primary Hoodie because I was a big fan of the fleece version and thought that was near perfect. But with that said this is a perfect light weight hoodie for a workout at the gym or a run. The hoodie has this nice light weight stretchy material. If you were going to wear this just as casual it ’s perfect for warmer days( not hot). I can safely say Nike nailed it again with by adding a new hoodie to the Primary lineup. If Nike continues with the Primary hoodies I hope the keep this and the fleece version and add a Therma Fit style to the Primary rotation.

Only complaint it the mock neck in the front collar area, I have a long beard and it can be bothersome but most wo n't have that issue. Looks very sharp. Fits slim and the material is nice. I got the black initially, and then ordered the brown and dark red. Plan to wear for weekends, walks, and yard work. I am 5 ’ 9 ” average build and the medium fit perfectly. There is only 1 pocket which is fine. I think it looks better without the kangaroo pouch.
