I ’ m going from a TS3 to a GT2 and it ’s remarkable how forgiving this club is. In virtual golf I ’ m getting about 15 yards more hitting it 275- 280. It ’s cold where I am now and courses are closed but I went there anyway to tee 10 balls off the first tee. 8/10 in the fairway and the other 2 were right in the fringe. Took a bunch of lessons and was able to get those slices and duck hooks to draws and fads but i lost a lot of distance by this as i was afraid to swing a bit harder. Was fitted into this club in my first ever fitting, and could n't be more pleased. I played a lot as a kid, and have been getting back into the game now in my mid- 30s. I purchased the Strata set in December to get back into things, but was slicing my driver to kingdom come; good distance but wildly inconsistent off the tee. The fitting put me into the X, for forgiveness; 9○ loft, turned down to 8○; hosel set to draw bias; and weight also set to draw. Shaft is the MC Tensei 1K Black 65 XStiff. Was immediately pleased at the range leading up to our weekly round. My pleasure grew when I played my first round with it. More distance, tighter dispersion-- greatly improved consistency. For the first time since getting back into the game that I played the whole round with the same ball! Best driver that I ’ ve owned hands down! I was a Taylormade loyalist for years going all the way back to the bubble shaft LOL. Switched to the Callaway AI Smoke Triple Diamond Max last year. It was a great club, but the Elyte version is simply better. My SS is only about 97 or 98 right now. I ’ m hitting this thing consistently over 260 on a good strike with 149 mph ball speed. I switched from the MMT 55g reg flex to the Tensei AV series blue 55g stiff flex. I ’ m even getting 250+ out of off center strikes( launch monitor validated). I ’ m glad that I took advantage of the 50% trade in bonus. Consistent forgiveness, straight,& long. What more could you ask for?

This thing is a high launching bomber. I tried the Elyte triple diamond and I just wasn ’ t quite good enough to play it consistently. The Elyte TD Max launches considerably higher and wants to go straight with a baby fade at the end. I tried multiple drivers from the big four this year and this one gives me the best overall performance. I love the sound this thing makes!

I am about a 15 handicap and was previously using a Titleist TS2 that I could never quite get used to. I rented the Qi10 Max a few different times while traveling and it just “ felt right ” as soon as I started to play with it. Now that the newer models are out, the Qi10 fell within my price range and I ’ m super happy with it after playing a few rounds. The reputation is well earned as it is super forgiving, as my mishits still get plenty of distance. I also feel like I get a better arc on the drives than with my previous driver. I know that many characteristics are simply subjective, but this driver gives me confidence when I ’ m standing over it. If you can snag one of these on sale, I don ’ t think you ’ d be disappointed! I think this is my favorite driver since the R7!

Really happy with the club. I had the shaft cut down so I 'm adjusting to the shorter length, but overall I 'm happy. Just last Saturday I managed a 235 yard drive on a short par 4 leaving me pin high on my last hole of our Florida trip. Birdy was a nice way to end the trip.
