I first set foot on a golf course in 1995 at Nevis and the fellow I was flying for rented me a set of Callaway's. Since then, I have wanted a custom set of Callaway clubs. Last year I bought a complete custom set of irons, pitching and sand wedges with a three wood. I 'm seventy and this year could only get 140 yards out of my thirty- year- old driver. The experience I had with the Callaway three wood made me think I may do better with a new driver, so I bought the Star for its light weight. I 'm now driving 170 yards but that is n't the best part. It is very easy to hit good drives with this club. I 'm not topping balls or making other miss hits like I used to with the old driver and that alone removes strokes and adds yards to my game. I have played with the new driver twice and last time out I broke 100 for the first time. I enjoy my Callaway clubs very much and the Star driver has changed my world. It's worth every penny and more.

For the last 5 years I have been using a Cleveland Launcher( MFG date 2003?) and I hit it extremely well. My golf buddy recently bought a Cobra F9 and asked me to try it and to my astonishment I drove the ball farther with his club than I do with my own club SO I started looking for a newer driver. This Srixon looked like it was the closest match to the Cleveland Launcher. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the shaft is stiffer than the Fukishira stiff shaft on my Launcher but, those concerns disappeared the very first drive I used this Srixon on- my golf league started on the back 9 and I nearly drove the 10th hole!! That first drive was right on the sweet spot. Other drives that weren ’ t quite on the sweet spot were still impressive. Tee the ball high( I use marked blue tees) and you won ’ t be disappointed.

Titleist yet again exceeds on this driver. I 'm a 15. 4 HCP with a driver swing speed avg of 85. This felt amazing off the face. The performance I received was absolutely awesome! I could work my typical shot which is a fade and I could tell there was a difference from my old driver. The stock shaft is pretty good but I have AV orange R Shaft and it's an amazing pairing. I would definitely recommend this driver to someone who does have a driver swing speed below 90mph

Awesome!! It really does go further. 😎 i traded in the paradym and was hesitant but after a couple of rounds it does bomb it out there. I stayed with same shaft the tensei blue and it ’s consistent and slightly more forgiving. The head seems to have a bigger sweet spot. Just do it you won ’ t be disappointed.

I love my '23 Great Big Bertha driver! It's added 20 yards to my drives, and I 'm now having to adjust my club selections for my shots on to greens. The GBB is light weight and gives me total confidence in getting thru the ball. I live in the Midwest where it is cold until April. I ’ ve played the GBB Driver 5 rounds since purchase. First thing about the driver is it is lightweight and easy to swing. I bought it( although pricey) because my swing speed is in the low 80's and i am the shortest length off tee in my group. Callaway engineers did a phenomenal job with the technical aspects of this driver. GBB is 15 yards longer than any other Callaway driver I 've ever hit over the past 20 years. Remarkably the advanced spin optimization hits a beautiful draw nearly every time. The club design nearly eliminates my power fade. Sounds crisp on contact. Looks beautiful at set up. A+.

Back in the day I had the Callaway FT Optiforce and loved it. It was light, easy to hit and really long. Since then I have struggled to find a driver with a lighter feel that didn ’ t feel like I was swinging a 5 pound weight on a stick. The Big Bertha driver fits the bill. The 40g shaft feels great with the lighter head. I have so much control over this club, it ’s just fantastic. I can step in the tee box and just swing with confidence. Tried a bunch of different drivers a couple months ago and I hit the TSR4 the best by far which was surprising because it ’s supposed to be the least forgiving of the Titleist drivers. It ’s been longer and more accurate than my TSI2. On average it ’s about 15 yards longer due to lower spin and my longest drives are about 25- 30 yards farther than my longest drives with the TSI2.

I received the Srixon ZX5 LS MKII Driver for Christmas 2023. I have been using it for two months and I love it. The all Titanium head has a great sound and feel. I get a lot of carry from the LS model and when the ball lands it bounds forward with plenty of roll out. The driver is plenty forgiving, too. I bought this driver right before Christmas 2024. Salesman at Dicks worked with me to fine tune the sliding weight. I got it dialed in perfectly. I played my 1st round last week( Feb 28), 95% of my drives were straight and in the fairway. Slightly longer than my old B21 Big Bertha driver with a lower penetrating ball flight. A few months ago I purchased the ZXi 3- metal. I opted for a Tour AD DI- 6 shaft upgrade. This club has been amazing. Without hitting it first I ordered the LS driver with matching upgraded shaft. What I hoped would happen has happened. This new driver is incredible. I reversed the weights to make it a tad bit more forgiving. My spin numbers are down and carry is way up. This driver is perfect for me. This driver needs to get a lot more attention for anyone trying new drivers. I highly recommend this fantastic model.

Had the QI10 Max and really struggled off the tee. Just moved to the AI Smoke Triple Diamond and am hitting nothing but bombs. Spin around 2200, carrying 290+ with a nice baby fade. Sound off the face is so much sweeter than Carbon- face. This club is HOT off the face. Added 10+ yards more distance, better ball speed and more consistency. The weight adjustment is big time.

I found a Triple Diamond still in the plastic wrapping on the used rack at a PGASS. I took a chance and put it up against my old Epic Speed driver from 2021. I was shocked with the improvements. With the heavy 14g weight in the back I was seeing some real gains in distance but that wasnt the big story for me. The toe and heal strikes were not nearly as far off line as my old driver and that was the selling point for me. I always am very skeptical of the OEM claims that are put out but in this case Callaway was right on the money.

I never write reviews, but I felt the need to have to write this in case anyone needed validation to get this driver. I switched from the Callaway BB Epic that I had since that released, so about 6ish years. I have seen about 10- 20 yards of gain from this driver, and also the consistency of the ball flight is unbeatable. I have never felt so confident with a club and loved a club so much. Please consider getting fitted before purchasing, but I hope you highly consider buying this club as it is one of the best on the market, or THE best in my opinion. I am a 1 handicap, and prior collegiate golfer so take that as you want.

Great deal on this driver on sale for$ 279! Much more forgiving than the 10 year old TaylorMade driver I was using. It is supposed to be new and it looked brand new, but strange that it came loose in a generic blank brown box( was expecting a TaylorMade box specific to this driver) and the grip seems backwards( the logo/marker faces opposite of the club head).
