Been playing for almost 15 years and have not had a iron that checks all the boxes. This is perfect for someone who wants to transition from hollow body irons. Usually, 100% 1020 carbon steel is just for blades until now. You get great forgiveness from a mid handicap standpoint, but when you flush it, it feels unreal. The turf interaction is also fantastic from the sole design on this club. This will be in my bag for years to come.

These irons look and feel fantastic and are super easy to hit. At address, they look way more compact than you 'd think based on the size of the cavity. If the regular X forged irons scare you a bit, these are a great alternative if you really want that forged look and feel.

I 've been gaming this 2 iron for the past month or so. Helps when I 'm on a tee box with a narrow fairway and my driver is too risky. Have n't had a complaint yet other than it does launch a little higher than I expected it too. May be a problem on windy days but I have n't had many windy days to test it out. I had been experiencing age related contact and accuracy issues in my irons game and saw somed reviews of the new Srixon ZXiR and ZXiR HL irons. I decided to give them a try and purchased a set from Dick's. Based on reviews, I chose the HL version and am so glad I did. I have played only a few rounds with them so far, but am making much better contact with the ball and accuracy is much improved. The heads are made of a brand new metal composition and the feel is similar to that of a soft forging. The feel is great. I see lower scores on the horizon,

Surmounts to a revolution rather than an evolution. Compared to my apex blades significant improvement in smaller scatter. Compared to my mizono's less torque and spin with equal distance. Feel is far superior than my wilson staff that I played in the 80's. Pure.

Big Mike
Ordered these built to my specs with stock Mitsubishi Graphite MMT shafts. This is one of the best looking and best feeling irons I have ever owned. There are a lot of forged irons out there but these are soft! Feedback is excellent so you can tell when you hit center or are off the mark a bit. Launch the ball high with excellent angle of descent and stopping power on the green. Can work the ball on partial and full shots. Distance control and dispersion are excellent and consistency is impressive. Distance is good for the lofts which are more traditional than todays `` players distance '' irons so if you are more interested in distance than control, feel and workability you may be disappointed. And while not as forgiving as a game improvement club these are no way as demanding as many blades and muscle backs on the market. As a 6 HCP I have no trouble gaming these One final note. I ordered these the first day pre- orders were being taken and it took longer than anticipated to be built due to a missing component. Callaway went out of their way to keep me updated on the progress and shipped overnight to me at not cost. Great customer service!

When I went for my fitting, Callaway was not on my list of clubs. Little did I know that the second I swung this club, i would be BLOWN away. Super soft off the face. The carry distance is exactly what I want to see. Spin was great but not overboard. While being fair to other manufacturers, I tried 4 other clubs without looking at them and could pick the xforged cb EVERY time simply off of feel. Needless to say, I went with Callaway and could not be happier! They truly outperformed the competition! You owe it to yourself to give these a try! A+

Digircp
I made the purchase for these a few months back, really focusing on the irons that felt and performed the best, after hitting about every players iron on the market. These irons are as pure and soft at impact as any blade on the market and the tungsten weighting is creating a CG that is as consistent as you ’ ll find anywhere. Can not recommend these irons heavily enough. They are simply pure and consistent for the skilled golfer.

I did a fitting in- store before buying these clubs, and there's a lot of great irons out there. We had it narrowed down to two brands, and I ended up going with these because they had a set in stock. After playing a few rounds, I 'm still really happy with my choice. What really strikes me about these clubs is that they are both forgiving and provide feedback. When I hit it perfect, it feels perfect. When I mishit though, the club feel and sound let me know it was a mishit, but the ball still flies to about where I was trying to get it. Honestly, it's the perfect combination for someone like me who is actively trying to improve but still wants to enjoy the game.

As someone who is very new to golf, I was extremely surprised at how well I was able to hit this club in store and at my fitting. I had been teaching myself how to golf with a used JPX 923 7 iron and hadn ’ t used anything else until this. They feel incredible with good contact and maybe it ’s the smaller face making me focus more but I actually started hitting the center more consistently. My left and right shanks are pretty much gone( now I just have work on consistent low point). Love these clubs and got them on sale after my fitting- will be in the bag for quite some time as they are forgiving to hit yet challenging enough for me to train with and gives me something to strive for.

Great irons! Upgraded from some super old Adams irons and the difference is astronomical. Played my first round with them and the exceeded my expectations. The tech is the real deal. They were hot off the face but also very forgiving. Obviously not as forgiving as the ZXi4's but they were very easy to hit. I really like how you can feel your misses. I was a bit nervous to go from game improvement irons to player distance, but it seems to be the best decision. Not only are they great clubs, I can also grow into them as well as my game improves. Glad I went with Srixon ZXi5 irons over the P790's.

The irons perform as all of the reviews indicate. Great looking club with tons of technology. Manager suggested the correct shaft, I have not been remotely disappointed in the choice of the iroins.
5
DelcoDave
Tried these and P790s at Dick ’s. I wanted the P790s but these felt better so I made the leap from Rogue ST Max irons to the ZXi5s for more feedback and feel. After a couple trips to the range to dial these in it was obvious I made the right choice. Learning to hit better irons has shaved 10 legit strokes off my score because they ’ ve forced me to improve my swing to hit these properly and that ’s easy to do. They ’ re very forgiving but mishits will be obvious. Wish I had bought these sooner.

The Titleist 2025 T150 irons have been an excellent choice. They offer a great combination of distance, forgiveness, control, and feel. Absolutely incredible set of irons! When it comes to golf clubs I ’ m definitely a major gear head lol and this may be the perfect set of game improvement irons and that ’s not something I say lightly. Looks: this is a subjective category but you ’ d be very hard pressed to find a cleaner looking set of game improvement irons. Titleist really nailed the entire T series line this year with a uniform design throughout all the models. Just a clean looking iron that is the perfect shape. Moderate top line and sole thickness and not a huge clunky head that looks like a toaster on a stick. Moderate offset that is definitely playable. I was a little worried seeing these irons online in reviews but I guess the camera really does add 10 lbs lol. These irons look great! Performance: As forgiving as any GI set out there and I ’ ve tried them all 925 Hot Metals, G440s, Elyte, etc. Great trajectory and the proper shaft will make them really perform even better when matched to your swing. I got them with the Nippon 750GH Neo in stiff flex and I get great feel, height and stopping power. These irons are so forgiving I put the 5 iron back in my bag. Sound/Feel: This is another subjective category and each person will like different things. It seems a lot of online reviews have this set as not have the softest feel. Something I ’ ve found in all hollow body designs is that the ball you play can greatly affect this metric. If you pair this with a left dash or pinnacle lol you will definitely get a less than soft sound off the face. However if you use a tour soft, super soft etc it will be great. This is something you have to figure out for yourself and not listen to the online reviews. Price: Yes, they are definitely on the high side, there is no doubt about that but I truly believe you will have this set for years so that will even out over time. I decided to pull the trigger on these after testing a lot of irons. I was very close to getting the Mizuno JPX 925 Hot Metals but I just could not get over the looks( personal preference) even though they performed and sounded great as well. Just a bit too clunky and the cavity back design was just not great. As always you have to find what works best for you. This is just my 2 cents.

Bryanm757
Very few new clubs produced have the ability to transform your golf game. These irons are those such clubs. I played the original Epic irons briefly. I found them to feel harsh and provide no added benefit to my game from lesser priced Callaway irons. I switched to the Rogue Pro's. A few moths back I started gaming the Apex19 irons. I thought I loved those until I hit the Epic forged irons today. I pre- ordered them sight unseen based on the early reviews I had read. Having played one round with them these are my observations: the irons feel smooth at impact, not buttery, soft smooth as with some forged irons, but a pleasingly solid feel. It seems much easier to `` flush '' these irons and I attribute this to what feels to be a larger sweet spot. I 'm 63 years old and play to about a 10 handicap. My Apex19 9 iron distance is 130 yards. I was hitting my new Epic forged 9 iron 145 yards and it felt like effortless added power. Yes, the lofts are stronger than standard irons, but I found the gapping to be perfect for me. The 5 iron is easy to hit, so much so that I 'm contemplating purchasing a 4 iron and replacing a hybrid. I hit these slightly higher than the Apex19's at least to my eye and though I have n't tested them on my GC2 yet, I had zero difficulty getting the ball to stop on the greens. There is no doubt these irons are premium priced but how much would it be worth to hit one or two less clubs into every green?

Nickname 007
I am a 7. 2 handicap. Hit these clubs and fell in love with them. They look fantastic and have a nice feel without the harsh sound that some hollow body clubs produce. They are strong lofted so they are about 7- 8 yards longer than my previous set but still have enough spin and height to stop on the greens. I was torn between this club and the T200 and considered go with a mixed bag but in the end decided to go with the full set of T350's. My dispersion and distance control have met all my expectations. One thing to keep in mind is if you like to work the ball in either direction this may not be the right club for you and I would look at the T150's. Spin numbers and descent angle are good but not in player club territory IMO.

I ’ ve played 5 rounds with these and I ’ m very glad I bought them. I traded in my Srixon ZX5 ’s for these. At first the size scared me to death. They look really thin. I tried them and the fear quickly went away. Very forgiving. At 56 and a 10 handicap I ’ m hitting the 7 around 162. This is the first set of clubs I can square the face on and swing away. These are great. Give them a try. I like them better than Srixon and Mizuno.

I wanted to upgrade my starter set and Kyle understood my goals, I ultimately went with these because they felt best on centered strikes where you could feel the sweet spot and they also felt best on off center strikes. The Titleist T350 irons( 4 – PW) are premium game- improvement irons that blend strong distance with impressive forgiveness. They launch high and fast, especially in the long irons, and maintain ball speed well on mishits. The look is clean and confidence- inspiring without being bulky. Feel is solid and lively rather than ultra- soft, and turf interaction is smooth. They favor straight, high shots over workability, making them ideal for mid- handicap players who want consistency and easy carry. Overall, the T350 delivers reliable distance, high launch, and forgiveness in a refined, tour- inspired package.

There have been 3 game changing irons in my golfing journey. Ping Eye2s, the 1994 Callaway Big Berthas and now the Callaway AI300s. Perfect amount of offset and topline that breeds confidence. You 're not going to work the ball from left to right( for righties) but you can flight the balk.. even for us amateurs. What really sets this set from others is the superior weighting and feel. My set is 2° up and a half inch over standard length. Distance and launch angles were perfect. Traded in T350s for the set.

I had been playing the Apex 21 from Callaway. They were a great iron, but they were ballooning in the wind. I was fitted for irons last year and ended up with Apex Ai 300s. I wasn ’ t hitting anything that well so it wasn ’ t really productive. I love the Ai 300s but decided to blend in some Ai 200s. They have been great so far. I did the AW- 7 iron. They definitely feel better and I find myself puring them much more and the higher lofts give them better stopping power and I ’ m hitting them longer also. Like buttah. I think I was too advanced for the Ai 300s to begin with. I ’ m very happy with these.

I bought the Titleist T250 irons as an upgrade from my game improvement irons and couldnt be more impressed. The feel is so soft on contact, the look is very smooth( makes for easy cleaning), and the improvement my game has seen simply from switching irons has dropped my handicap drastically. I used to be a bogey golfer but now im finding so many greens im making between 1- 3 birdies per round. Green in regs have become so much easier. I know most of it is on the player but I have seen a huge improvement immediately after switching. I highly recommend these irons.

These irons are fantastic. I had been playing 2020 p790s. Needed a different feel and more consistant distances. The t250s have fit the bill. Not quite as forgiving as the 790s but the feel and feedback are better. Also has helped keep my club distances have tighter dispersion. I do enjoy the slightly thinner topline at address. The titleist have a more muted sound but still satisfying. Looks are classy. The only ever so slight issue, I ordered online and the set delivered was lightly used. Assuming for demo. I 'm not worried about it but worth mentioning.

Exactly as advertised. Powerful face that assists with off centered strikes. There is an audible feedback to let you know it ’s not a perfect strike but the performance of the face minimizes loss of distance. Packing all of that into a compact players iron is incredible.

This Iron/Hybrid( Max OS) set is working great for me. I ’ m 62 and benefit from the oversized head design along with Regular shafts. My only concern is the pricing. I work at a golf course so I got my set as a gift from the head pro, but I could never afford these. I realize the amount of R& D that went into these and the hope to recoup monies but the only people buying these are rich, old guys. The rest of us lug around old clubs… All in all, great golf clubs as Callaway is known for, but truth be told, they still need to pay their tour pro ’s.

I recently rented a set for three weeks while my bespoke forged clubs were being regrouped. Wow! Even with standard specs and no fitting.... they outperformed my clubs by a long shot. They were so straight I had to shake my head sometimes. I loved them so much I ended up buying them( upgraded to the Fujikura Axiom iron shafts). The Axioms added a little height and spin which combines perfectly with the slightly hotter lofts.... with even better dispersion. I add 8+ yards of distance with improved accuracy and can still hold greens. I did n't notice a drastic change in feel of the cast vs forged( perhaps a smidge more muted but not significant) feel. Lovely clubs... I am stoked to game them next season. They are also some of the prettiest sticks I have ever seen... bravo, Callaway!

Finally upgraded my irons after 10+ years. Had a Callaway fitting at my home course driving range, was so thorough. Went from stock length which I have played for 40 years to 1 inch over- the proper length for my height. Came up with a great shaft and head combo to suit my swing. Played them 45 rounds this year. BUTTER! Could n't be any happier. 10- 15 yards longer 100% improved feel and consistency.

When you buy “ like new ” it means brand new in my experience.
More forgiving golf irons are designed to help players achieve better accuracy and distance, even on off-center hits. They typically feature a larger clubface, a lower center of gravity, and perimeter weighting, which collectively enhance forgiveness. This makes them ideal for beginners or high-handicap golfers who may struggle with consistency.
More forgiving golf irons are particularly beneficial for beginner and intermediate golfers who are still developing their swing mechanics. They can also be advantageous for players with slower swing speeds, as these clubs help maximize distance and accuracy. Additionally, golfers recovering from injury or those looking for a more enjoyable playing experience may find these clubs helpful.
More forgiving golf irons are often made from a combination of stainless steel and advanced composite materials. Stainless steel provides durability and a solid feel, while composite materials can help reduce weight and enhance performance. The use of these materials contributes to the overall balance and playability of the clubs.
More forgiving golf irons improve performance by offering enhanced stability and accuracy on shots that are not perfectly struck. The design features, such as a larger sweet spot and improved weight distribution, help reduce the impact of mishits. This allows golfers to achieve better results, leading to increased confidence on the course.
While more forgiving golf irons are primarily designed for beginners and high-handicap players, they can also benefit intermediate golfers looking to improve their game. Advanced players may prefer traditional irons for greater control, but many find that a more forgiving option can still enhance their overall experience, especially in casual play.
