I 've only used this blue led light for a short period of time, but what a great little safety light. Set on strobe, the blue light is easy to see from a block away. In addition, the blue light stands out and easily recognized as something other than a bicycle, house, or car light. I 'm planning to get a few more for dog walks. Clip( the clamping lever) is well constructed. Light is nice and modern feeling and solid. One of them( the power) went off on me unknowingly — maybe not this exact model, but the bigger type. Seems the metal contact needed to be pushed down a triffle bit to work, now no problem.-- Wondering on the designers and so Nathans® philosophy on why no actual colored LED like RED, or Yellow- COLOR output. Isn ’ t that the colors for ‘ moving vehicles ’ Red or Yellow. But as these are rare to be had I guess I ’ ll have to go on with what your manufacturing for now joggers- fast walkers- runners- sprinters and the like. – Overall, yes these are acceptable for getting the attention you need on dark walk( jog) ways-- mainly. Thank you.
