[ First thing first the overall looking is perfect the colors pair well together black and grey is definitely a good looking association. It feels comfortable and warm and fit perfectly. I was thinking about picking one size down as I wanted it to be tight then I changed my mind and got my real size well that was a good decision because it is already tight if i had picked M instead of L it would n't have fit at all. I love to wear it while I am exercising because I love how it is holding everything together and how it is making me sweat i also like to wear it under my clothes for 4 hours everyday. I usually hand wash as soon as I take it off as it dries up pretty quickly.

The vest is very flattering, made of durable material and the zipper front makes it very easy to put on and take off. It is true to size. I got her a size Medium and it fit quite well. She is 5'10 '' and her bust is 36DD and she was able to wear the vest without bra; she said it was very supportive but pressed her bust in. I like the reflective safety strips which make me feel secure when she goes out for a walk during the evening and dusk hours. It is stylish and can be worn by itself on warmer days or under a sweatshirt on cooler days without appearing bulky or restricting mobility. I washed it before she wore it because it had a strong chemical smell. I hung it to dry and it maintained its shape and color well. Yet the odor was not completely gone after the first wash. She wore it for the first time this past weekend, under her coat, while shoveling the 12 inches of snow we got in our area. She was very impressed on how warm she felt the entire time. This was remarkable because she often complains about being cold! I can not attest to the slim down claim while using this vest as this is not the purpose I got it, but it does maintain warmth during activity!

Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints. Also, fill your lungs with air while strapping it on, that way you can still take deep breaths while working out.
