Exchanged for a small and it fits perfectly over a long sleeve shirt. The small is form fitting and hangs just below the belt. When moving around and going from sitting to standing it does ride up above my belt which is fine as I tuck in my shirts and carry a knife or multi tool on my belt. Nice fit overall and feel of material is solid. The mesh is great for workouts in the heat and on hikes. I was skeptical I 'd feel a difference, but there is a definitely an improvement on my own sweat.
