The blue is a beautiful color. It has a variety of fabrics and seems to move along with you. It even has a double zipper so you can adjust it in either direction. I got a small and it is fitted. Not sure id fit a sweatshirt underneath but fleece lined long sleeve shirt would work. I am 5- 7, 135 lbs for reference.
