I got this so I would have a lightweight reflective vest I could take with me for travel, and this fits the bill! Took quite a bit of adjusting to find the right fit but I eventually got it. I run a busy rental outfit. Our guests come in all shapes and sizes. The Outfitter Universal is our go to pfd. It fits pretty much all adults the big ones down to the 125 pounders. The 6 adjustable straps are long enabling us to fit the bigger guests and they cinch down to smaller chests( 125 pound). One of the great uses of the 6 adjustable straps is our guest bodies often are not the athletic types. Some are big up top, some big in the middle and some are big down lower. The 6 straps allow proper fit no matter where the space is needed. Another plus to the Outfitter Universal is it's easy to get the paddler some ventilation on hot days. The jacket rides well on the body allowing for day long comfortable paddling. We can buy any pfd and continue to use 150 of the Outfitter Universal. Hope you check them out. I got this vest for Christmas and wore it the next few days hunting under my coat. I didn ’ t realize how comfortable I was until I turned it off. I was low 30 ’s and in the shadows. Only thing I could say I ’ m not on board with is monitor lights on the battery pack. Seems like you just have to let it auto shut off vs a manual shut down. The light on the chest isn ’ t ideal, I understand the ghost button but if I need it on in a hunting situation it is difficult to hide while game is in play.

Bought 3 of these for my toddlers they are amazing. So much better than puddle jumpers or arm floats my kids can actually swim and expand their skills. All 3 started a little hesitant with the new change but within a short time could independently move around the pool with confidence even jumping in and going down the slide. Plus the price is way better then most other options and they are compact with no inflation. Only 2 draw back after 1st use held water and took awhile to dry and the strap between the legs rubbed all 3 raw on their legs next time will try not using the strap. Overall sold and happy. The one- star reviews did not give this a chance. I used it for my youngest two kids because I did not know about it sooner( a friend recommended it). Now I am using it with my granddaughter. There is a slight learning curve because they have to learn to balance themselves using the swimming motions. You need to be with them the first few times( it varied with my kids). One of them just took off in about 10 minutes. The other was more timid, so it took her a few days. But then they are completely independent, and I just removed a bit of the buoyancy as they became stronger. Then they just did not want to wear it anymore.

I have a miniature poodle about 12- 13 pounds and he was a little nervous at first and all it took was a bit of encouragement and he jumped right in. My last one had 2 of the 3 zippers fail within a week of each other but it was getting a bit thread worn so needed replacing anyway. I am 5'11 '' tall and weigh 175- 180 and wear a small.
