If you wear a 4E regularly you need to go a size up in width. The shoes tong is attached, so if you have a high in step this maybe a problem with fitting. Laces could be a little bit longer. Other than that great pair of shoes.

As advertised, these shoes, in 15/4E, have enough toe room for my bunion problem, are very lightweight, good ventilation, and they grip the trail/pavement. I walk 2- 3 miles a day. Love them!! This is my first pair of new balances ever! After I had ACL reconstruction at the ripe age of 35 my recovery has been less than fun. I have the Hiero v5, saw these for a great price. Soo glad I got them. Accidentally ordered a 1/2 size smaller than my v5 and they fit fine. The yellow is cuter in person with subtle details that ca n't be seen on the pictures. Knee pain lessens when I wear these( just like my in the v5).
