The fit of this shoe is true to size, which I really appreciate. As a larger guy, I typically wear through inserts quickly, and by the end of the day, my feet often ache. However, I ’ ve been wearing these shoes consistently for the past three weeks, and I can genuinely feel the difference. The combination of the high- quality inserts and cushioned sole provides a noticeable level of comfort that lasts all day. Highly recommend!

I bought these sneakers for work since I ’ m on concrete floors for 9- hour shifts, and they ’ ve been amazing. They feel like walking on marshmallows, super bouncy and cushioned…and they ’ ve been helping with my back/sciatic pain. The toe box is perfectly wide without feeling sloppy, and my usual size 9. 5 fit well. I also took them on a walk in the woods today and was impressed by how good the grip was on rocky terrain. I was a little nervous that the ankle gaiter would feel tight or uncomfortable, but it ’s actually really soft and stretchy. My ankles swell by the end of my shift and I have high volume feet and these shoes handle everything like a champ. I can ’ t tell you how long I e been searching for wide toe boxes that are actually wide with a zero drop cushioned sole. Overall, I ’ m extremely happy with them and will probably grab another pair for outside of work if I can find another coupon!

These trail shoes deliver where it counts. The aggressive lug pattern provides excellent grip on varied terrain, while the Gore- Tex membrane kept my feet completely dry through heavy rain and unavoidable puddle crossings. The updated colorways look sharp too- functional does n't have to mean boring.

Used daily in the mountain trails of Colorado. This has been my go to trail shoe for dry, wet, or icy conditions since the 1st Speedcross release. Daily trail shoe or special trail running, single track, and steeps. Handles fine on concrete or streets, but the shoe does wear down faster if you hit a lot of streets. Goretex does n't add alot of temp variation, good year round.

The Olympus 6 is so comfortable and actually feels like a true Altra wide toebox shoe. I 've been wearing them everyday since I got them 2 weeks ago and I have n't had any issues. Plus the colors are great! The pictures do n't do justice. Best Olympus yet.

[ I have been using the Altra Olympus 6 for hiking, running, and fastpacking. This is my first time trying a full- cushion trail shoe, but I have been road running in the Altra Torin for about 6 years. After about 25 miles of mixed terrain, weather and landscapes, I feel this shoe excels in climbing and tackling dry, loose terrain. I felt stable and powerful sprinting up sandy hillsides and dusty singletrack. The shoe absorbs the impact of large gravel, and bites into turns well. I slid around a bit on large wet roots and slick rocks under the stiff midfoot but recovered quickly and happily traded that for the protection from sharp obstacles. The high stack kept my feet dry when encountering mud and puddles, while the well ventilated upper kept me comfortable on long, hot days. The contoured form around the Achilles took a little getting used to, but it worked to lock my heel on ascents; no hot spots. Laces stay tied. Altra gave me this free product to try, and I 'm looking forward to putting many more miles on it.

[ ALTRA gave me these to sample. They are super comfortable. In the past I have only worn lone peaks in the past and I am so happy I tried these. They add a whole new layer of comfort and durability. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in the market.

Jennifer
[ Hi! This is a review from a trail runner who prefers ground feel and minimal stack height! I 've also completed several trail ultras and marathons( trail and road) in minimal footwear. I wanted to see how this particular max cushion, high stack zero drop shoe would perform and provide comfort given an injured left heal. I have also worked in run specialty shops. I was so happy to be selected to test the Altra Olympus 6 with my particular preferences. I gave this model 5- Stars because I would and will absolutely continue to rotate this model on training runs. Especially on buffed trails, for hill repeats, hikes and any time I 'm feeling like I want a bit more cushion than I prefer. I would recommend this model over other high stack, max cushion models/brands bc of its responsiveness. Sizing and On Foot Feel: I requested a size 8. I am still torn if I would have felt even more secure and comfortable in a 7. 5. Regardless of that, I love how they feel around the midfoot, feel secure. I just would like to get them a little more snug around the midfoot, hence why I think a 7. 5 would have been perfect. Of course, I love the ample toe box space, so my toes can fully splay, but at the same time not getting smashed into the front of the shoe when going downhill. I should also mention the heel feels pretty secure as well, not too tight, but not loose, either. Under Foot Feel and Performance: This shoe is responsive and not over the top bulky. The cushioning is comfortable without being too `` squishy ''. I think that, not too squishy feel, helps reduce the perception of being on such a thick stack. Which I was concerned about b/c I though I 'd feel `` wobbly '' or have a sensation of slipping off the foot- bed. I did n't get that sensation, and that was a big positive! Activities I Tested the Olympus with: Walks with the dog, hikes, runs, hill repeats, and even a morning of race timing. Surface tested on; Trails that transition quickly between buffed and bEAST Coasty( rocks, roots, boulders). Hill repeats on a look out access road; transitions between asphalt and crushed stone surfaces. What I Enjoyed Most: I LOVED the performance of the shoes during hill repeats; security around mid- foot and the cushion for the downhill abuse on the soles of the feet. I will keep using them on those days. As well as for longer trail run days at a local nature preserve surrounded by miles and miles trails of every kind of surface.( ALTRA gave me this free product to try.)

I 'm an avid runner getting about 20- 25 miles per week over three runs. I spend as much time as I can on the trail. I started with the Timp for a few seasons, then progressed to the Mount Blanc and always avoided the Olympus because it just looked like it would be too unstable and heavy. I was really surprised with the firmness and stability of the cushioning, and compared to the Mount Blanc there is little to no heel movement. My feet also feel much more protected with this upper versus the Mount Blanc. That said they are a bit heavier, but nothing too noticeable. On the downhill I feel like I can press on the gas with more control. I 'd recommend giving them a try!
5
Trent
[ Altra sent me these shoes to try for free, and I 've since put 35- 40 miles on with them. In that time, I 've taken them through all sort of off road terrains: gravel, grassed trails, mulched trails, sandy beaches, and sand dunes. These shoes have conquered them all with ease. I have wide feet and these shoes feature a wider toe box that is hands down the most comfortable running experience I 've had- especially without a lengthy break- in period. Usually, it takes me about 20- 30 miles to break in a shoe to the point where I can run in them for more than a mile without pressure points. I never had that issues with these shoes! I thought the extended sole would change my stride, or create a different impact point on my foot, but I really have n't noticed. But, I would definitely say it adds additional stability to the shoe while on uneven terrain. I would n't say that they 're a shoes I would wear going up a extremely technical course, but they can handle a heck of a lot more than a flat land run. I ca n't comment to much on the durability of the shoe, but I see no red flags yet. I 'm looking forward to putting more miles on these beauties! Could n't recommend them enough; especially for folks with wide feet.
5
Nate
[ I have used these shoes for trail running and hiking as well. My feet were comfortable for everything but the down hill parts and that was because I got a half size too small. Just make sure to get a size with a little extra room so that your toes do n't get cramped when you are going down hill. Overall, I would definitely recommend these shoes! ALTRA gave me this free product to try.

Eric
[ Cushioned in all the right places. Trying out the new Altra Olympus 6 trail shoes. They offer great support and traction on the trails. No hot spots, the right amount of cushion and support. I liked the heal cushion support to keep the heel locked in on the up hills. I also love the toe guard that blocks the direct hits from rocks on the toes. I have a bunion on my right foot, so this toe shape box is perfect for those with wide feet. I 'd highly recommend these for anyone looking for more support on those long trail runs. Even though there is more cushion, I did n't feel that they were heavy or slowing me down. The longest run I 've done on them is 7 miles, and average about 9: 14/mile, on dry dirt single track trails in Forest Park, Oregon. Traction was good on loose gravel and rocks. The extra cushion absorbrs those sharp rocks. ALTRA gave me this free product to try.
5
Mike
[ The new Olympus 6 is comfort right out of the box with little to no break in time. The Vibram sole provides great traction on dirt trails, rocks and wet rocks at river crossings. The cushioned midsole provides the right blend of comfort, cushion and the ability to feel the trail under your feet. Combine those with a secure heal cup and a comfortable lining inside and I was able to backpack 16 miles days in comfort with no break in time. The only problem I had was on the left shoe. The side of the shoe did hit the bottom of my ankle bone. It's a problem that I have with many shoes that most people do n't seem to have so do n't let it stop you from trying the new Olympus 6. Altra did give me this shoe to try but that does not affect my review.

[ I have 3 runs under my belt so far and I really enjoy the comfort of the shoe while on the trails. I usually run in Ghost series on the road, so this felt natural. The grip on the shoe gives me great traction, sometimes almost too much as I have unfortunately not gotten used to lifting my foot as much as needed for trails. I would highly recommend for light trails. I have n't taken on a more technical `` mountain hike/run '' yet but I think it would hold up well. They are n't waterproof, so I would n't go running through the creek, but they seemed to do well on wet leaves.

I 've been getting these for years( the speedcross series). It is a slightly narrow fit, so if you have wide feet, it might be uncomfortable. The size is spot on- I 'm an 8. 5 and get an 8. 5( when usually with sneakers I go up to a 9). I love the gore- tex as I do a lot of hiking, and I can just saunter right through puddles and it's no big deal. Will continue to buy these!

[ I got these for my son who started running recently. He is hoping to make the running and basketball teams at school. His old shoes were uncomfortable and hurt his feet after a run. I ordered a size up like recommended on the sizing chart and they fit perfectly. While looking at running shoes Brooks comes up as a great choice and I have to agree. They are comfortable with good padding and are so light you won ’ t believe it. The Caldera 8 hold the foot and helps maintain a good stride while feeling solid. Your foot doesn ’ t feel like it ’s going to off the sides. It has nice padding to make your feet comfortable while not sliding into the toe. My son is so relieved to have the pain from running anymore. They are holding up great so far and seem very well made.

[ The Caldera 8 trail shoes might become my new go to for short to intermediate trail runs( 5- 10K). Time will tell because I 'm not going on many bonafide trail runs since it's winter here in Colorado. The overall stability of the shoe along with the reinforced, super knobby soles made it really comfortable and secure for trails ranging from gravel to rocky/rooted mountain trails. The fit was true, but a bit snug, which seem to be common for the trail runners I own. The shoe is really light given the wide base, thick sole, and as advertised, the most cushioning that Brooks has to offer. I 'm glad they include a heel pull tab, which makes it easier to pull on the shoe if you are using a thicker sock for colder runs. I 've never had trail runners with this thick of a midsole or raised sidewalls but my feet and running stride easily adapted to this shoe, no break- in time required... I just ran out the door without any problems. With so much sidewall and the toe cap, the design of the shoe does n't look flexible, but it surprisingly is. The mesh breathable upper was easy to clean off mud, thorns, etc and you ca n't go wrong with black, gray and white for a mens shoe. I would n't change anything about the Caldera 8, every feature has it's purpose for trail runs, but wearers should be aware... when I wore these shoes for casual, daily outings, I had to be aware of the sticky lugs on the soles: `` TrailTack green '' rubber Brooks calls them- they 're great for traction where you need sure- footing but the grippy soles can get caught on cracks, carpets, even your gas pedal, if you are n't expecting it.

This will be the third pair of these I have purchased. I can only tell you that this has been extremely comfortable, cool on the feet thanks to the breathability of the outer shell. The sole is hard- wearing but gives superior traction. This is always a hard one to find based on the fact that so many come back and repurchase, I have found that it has a great following and I was fortunate to get my first pair and have not been disappointed with the following pairs. I am looking forward to our trek thru Italy wearing them.

Just breaking in my Montrail Trinity AG Trail Shoes. Out of the box, this shoe checks all the boxes. The seamless mesh upper and overlays bode well for comfort and longevity. After sliding them on, literally, easy entry and hugged my foot( Navic Foot System). It's the little things about this shoe that I appreciate. As an middle aged runner, easy on and easy off is appreciated. The laces are not your typical lace, made with some stretch that again makes for an easy comfortable fit. Nice cushioning on the ankle as well. The Trinity has a 8mm drop with 32mm/24mm stack and form me that worked perfectly. First two runs were in soggy spring conditions with a mix of gravel and single track. The 4mm lugs grip well and gave me confidence on the downhills even on that ever tricky wet Ohio clay. Did n't notice the lugs other than their grip which is complimented by the outsole( Adapt Trax), which is a good thing! The ride was smooth and responsive( Techlite+Dual Density Midsole), you DO N'T get the feeling of riding too high that leads to a loss of stability and performance like I 've felt in other max cushioned shoes. The Trinity has married cushion and performance seamlessly. I was able to glide along on the flats as well as take the sharp turns with confidence then bomb the downhills. I had this slight forward propulsion feeling that is always welcome, that comes from the Tech( Adaptive Guidance Pebex Plate) that also does the job taking on heavier rocks and roots. Bottom line these shoes are exactly what I 've been lookin for in a trail shoe. Looking forward to the next 500 miles in these bad boys!

I bought one of them almost a year ago and I put on them over 1000 miles, and still look great on the top, the bottom is gone so the best shoes for running ever, today I have 5 pair of Montrail shoes, my feet always feel great and I don ’ t have any issue, like knee pain or something else, to me just the perfect running shoes

[ Employee of columbia] The midsole on these shoes is super comfortable. Feels like i 'm running on clouds, I also love the outsole grip. It did well on wet, mossy rocks. Fit works well for me even though I have wide feet. Ca n't speak to durability yet, but I think the overlways will keep the upper in good shape for many miles to come!

For the North American market the UG4 is a quantum leap forward from the previously released UG2. Relieve Sphere and optiFOAM specifically are new components that take an already established UG line up a full level to being a serious competitor. Visually UG4 looks overconstructed, there is a lot going on, but it is remarkably lighter in hand and underfoot than I anticipated. Weighing in at 10oz UG4 hits all of the desirables: durability, stability, responsive, confidence- inspiring, and balanced. This shoe checks all the boxes and passes the all- seasons checklist for running in the Cascades. Another homerun from Salomon!

[ I recently tried the Catamount 4 Tail Shoe. I run mainly on gravel/dirt roads and paths so a trail shoe is a must! These felt a little tight in the uppers for the 1st couple of runs then I fell in love with them and they have been my go to ever since! I usually purchase a size 10 1/2 to an 11 in women ’s and I do prefer a tighter fit. A men ’s 8 1/2 have worked well for me. I have an average width foot and the toe box fit is great. I ’ m 30+ miles in and these have kept me sure footed and the cushion has kept me from any stone bruises! I look forward to many more miles in these! The colors have just been a fun bonus, as the darker teal hasn ’ t gotten dirty looking.

BrooksRunningShoes
[ I had not worn Brooks running shoes before so this was my introduction. I 've been a runner for over 40 years and ran many races- 5K, 10K, 10 Miler, 1/2, and Full Marathons. Now I 'm out there to only compete with myself. These shoes felt really good right away! Lots of cushioning( which I like) and support. I do n't choose running shoes based on how they look but these are nice- looking shoes. It took me a run or two to get used to the difference between my other shoes but now they feel so comfortable. My time has improved a bit also. I need a wide- toe box and these were perfect. I have only run in them in cold weather so I 'm not sure about how they function in the heat. I also only ran on paved roads. PROS: Good support, Plenty of room in the toe box, Plenty of cushioning, lighter than expected, Very comfortable CONS: The tongue is flimsy so you have to hold onto it to put the shoe on. That would not be a deal- breaker for me though.

Jonb
[ After running several miles I can say these are amongst my favorite shoes for trail running. The soles are thick with good cushion with each step. The laces secure tight to my foot with zero sliding around. I have one other pair I currently run in and plan on using these in my rotation going forward. I ’ m also a huge fan of the aesthetic, in fact they ’ re probably my favorite running shoe in terms of appearance and colorway. If I was to purchase another pair, however, I would order a half size up as the toe box is slightly more narrow and my big toe rubs slightly. One major thing to know is there is not a lot of arch support which would make them less ideal if you have a flatter foot. The shoes work well for me and I ’ d happily purchase them again when it ’s time for a new pair.

Jarrett
[ I typically wear a size 10 or 10. 5 depending on the brand. The size 10 Catamount 4, fit snuggly and kept my heel locked in place, while still allowing for plenty of wiggle room in the toes. Took these out of the box and went on a quick 8 mile run the first day( paved road) and another 7 miles the following day( paved& some loose gravel). The shoes feel lighter on my feet than I expected, very responsive, and provide a ton of cushioning for the heel. The fabric is lightweight& breathable, which kept my feet from overheating towards the end of runs. It ’s been very dry and warm lately; so, I wasn ’ t able to test how they hold up in inclement weather. The traction is great on loose gravel and paved roads alike. I ’ m a big fan of the color scheme though I know bright colors aren ’ t for everyone. My only complaint is the tongue feels a bit thin and has a tendency to get bunched up when you are putting on the shoes. This isn ’ t a sticking point in the slightest because if you hold onto the tongue while sliding feet into shoes, it ’s no longer a problem. Overall I ’ m extremely satisfied with these shoes and quickly becoming my new go- to.

[ The Brooks Catamount 4 are some of the most comfortable running shoes I ’ ve worn. The fabric is sturdy yet breathable and while I do wish they were available in more color options the current design is quite sleek. I was shocked when I first put them on by how light they felt on my feet. I ’ ve run in them multiple times now and am pleased to share that my knees and back do not ache after a long run when I wear these shoes. They provide wonderful support and protection, making running more enjoyable and allowing me to train harder.

The shoes have been a constant for me and so versatile for road, off- road, trail, and gym. ... Even with the fabric being very breathable, the shoe itself is very durable, especially the grip — no slip on these winter

Trevor
[ Not only is this a high performing shoe, but it also looks fantastic! The colors are perfect. The material is the high quality expected from Brooks. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly lightweight this shoe was, especially for a trail shoe. The fit was almost perfect. It was a little tight around the mid foot at first but it felt much better as I progressed through the first run. The lug depth handles wet and muddy trails with ease. My favorite part of this shoe was the cushioning. I have always worn softer shoes and the Catamount 3 is the best I ’ ve ever worn. They have a smooth ride with a considerable amount of energy return which leaves my legs feeling great after every run. These shoes will definitely be a staple for me moving forward!
5
MattL
[ The Catamount 3 are hands down the best pair of running shoes I 've ever owned. From the instant I took them out of the box, I could tell how well designed they were. These shoes are incredibly light- I genuinely felt a boost in my running speed compared to other pairs. The sizing is spot- on in both length and width and the sleek design adds a stylish touch. These shoes also have deep treads which makes them perfect for training in all types of conditions. I 've used them for both short 3- mile runs on city streets as well as for general cross- training in the gym. They were perfect for both scenarios and have become my go to training shoes. The only drawback is that they are not water resistant. I had stepped in a shallow puddle and despite my foot not being fully submerged, water still seeped in. That said, they also performed well on the slippery roads due to their deep treads. So just watch your step!
5
Funlover
[ The Catamount 3 is my new go to shoes. I started training for trail running last fall. The weather changed a lot and its very cold, icy and there is snow everywhere. Not a great time to train outdoors but these shoes are also perfect for indoor cross- training. I love these shoes for various reasons:- they are light and with just enough cushioning to feel comfortable and stable- responsive- have a good grip on terrain, both uphill and downhill which is great to get some speed- are very comfortable. I did not get any soreness after the first use- esthetics are nice. They are edgy, modern and unique.- fabric and materials used are of very high quality, as expected Downside: I started picking these shoes everytime. I highly recommend. They seem like they will last for a long time. P. S. I get asked often what brand and model they are while training.

[ I was somewhat skeptical of the color at first, but this shoe has definitely set a new standard for me! They feel great on my feet. They support your feet snugly while remaining ultra comfortable! The textured laces keep the shoes snug. I ’ ve been wearing this shoe for every day activities as well. A great shoe at the gym as well as a day spent walking around the mall. These shoes have kept my feet comfortable during a 9 hour shift at work, and then coming home and chasing two young children around the house.

I just ordered my second pair of the Rubatos to replace the ones I ordered a year ago. I walk about 1- 4 miles a day and have worn these on about 66% of those walks. They provide plenty of cushioning and support. I can wear these for long periods of time without my lower back and feet hurting. Suggestions to make this the perfect shoe: a little bit better ventilation, a little more width in the toe box and maybe add 1mm to the lugs. The lack of availability in colors and sizes makes me think these are or will be discontinued:>{ I wish Merrell would make more zero drop shoes and sandals.

Loved the previous versions of the Speedgoat, but the 6 felt “ off ” to me, and had durability issues so I switched over to a different brand. Luckily the Speedgoat 7 fixes many of my previous complaints and is a light, cushioned trail shoe that still provides a good ground feel. [ The ZOOMX ULTRAFLY TRAIL is extremely comfortable and supportive. You recognize the responsiveness in your first steps. After logging 30+ miles in the shoes, I ’ ve found my times are averaging about 7 seconds faster than in my previous pair of Nike Reacts. The toe box feels a bit wide, but after running a few times you begin to understand the shape a bit more. The only issue I ’ ve seen is that the laces can come undone rather easily and double knitting is required, but you should do that anyway;)
5
Manny
[ The Nike Zoomx Ultrafly Trail has been one of the most comfortable shoe I ’ ve used in a long time. I used these should runs, playing basketball, walks, and more. While this shoes offers a see through material that may not seem that durable, it has surprised me as to how durable it has been. That shoe has been stepped not multiple times during uses and it has not suffered much damaged. Through my use I have noticed that the comfort has remained the same and has been great. Overall, I recommend this shoe for anyone looking for a great running and trail shoe!
5
MrBrightside
[ This shoe has made me want to hike regularly! The ZoomX technology provides a level of comfort that I was n't expecting to find in a trail shoe. The shoe is wider up around the toe which is great for someone like me who has let their feet widen a bit over the years. Whether you 're walking casually or amongst rocky terrain, this shoe is sure to fit nicely to your foot. I loved the lacing system because it allows for the ideal level of tightness depending on my use for the day. Taking a stroll? I can lace them for a looser fit. Going for a hike? I can tighten them and actually feel the support for my small ankles. The upper has a surprisingly durable material that has survived rubbing against sharp rocks as well as my dog's nails. Visually, this colorway is eye catching and the silhouette of the shoe itself is great. I enjoyed putting this shoe with an every day outfit as much as I did putting it with a training fit. If you 're in the market for a new trail shoe with some versatility, look no further. You wo n't want to leave the trail once you lace these up.

I love these so much!! They 're cushier than the Lone Peaks and slightly narrower, which works really well for my foot. I still feel that I have plenty of room at the toes. This is a fav! That said, the heel fabric has begun to fray after about 200 miles, but it's still very wearable and not causing issues.

These have a purpose! They 're my daily runners for non- technical urban trails and gravel paths. Not my go- to for technical mountain runs — the lugs are n't deep enough for mud, and the grip is n't ideal in steep rocky terrain — but for wooded trails around town, I love 'em.

The shoes were very comfortable out of the box, the foot bed was cushiony, and I felt the bounce when I walked. My only issue was that the tow box was very stiff and felt a little more narrow than my other Hokas

Recently disposed of SpeedGoat 5 after nearly two years of exercise and daily wear. SG7 seems to have the same strengths and less weaknesses as its predecessor. Loved the former for traction, comfort and durability. The latter is lighter and slightly more streamlined and nimble. After 10+ walk- jogs, I can tell that these are worth every penny I paid. Should probably be hunting another pair in my rare size

Road running shoes are designed for smooth surfaces and prioritize cushioning and lightweight materials for comfort during long runs. In contrast, trail running shoes feature more rugged outsoles for better traction on uneven terrain and often include additional support and protection to guard against rocks and roots. Understanding these differences can help you choose the right shoe based on your running environment.
Both road and trail running shoes typically utilize lightweight and breathable materials to enhance comfort and performance. Road shoes often use softer foams for cushioning, while trail shoes may incorporate tougher materials for durability and protection against the elements. Additionally, many trail shoes feature water-resistant or waterproof materials to keep your feet dry in wet conditions.
Choosing the right size for running shoes is crucial for comfort and performance. It's recommended to try on shoes in the afternoon when your feet are slightly swollen, as this can help ensure a better fit. Additionally, ensure there is enough space in the toe box to allow for movement, especially when running downhill, and consider the type of socks you will wear during your runs.
When selecting trail running shoes, look for features such as a rugged outsole with deep lugs for traction, a reinforced toe cap for protection, and a secure fit to prevent slippage on uneven terrain. Additionally, consider shoes with water-resistant materials if you plan to run in wet conditions, as well as adequate cushioning for comfort during longer runs on trails.
While you can use trail running shoes on the road, they may not provide the same level of comfort and efficiency as dedicated road running shoes. Trail shoes typically have a stiffer sole and more aggressive tread, which can feel less comfortable on flat surfaces. However, if you frequently switch between road and trail running, a versatile shoe designed for both environments may be a suitable option.
Road running shoes are ideal for activities such as long-distance running, road races, and casual jogging on paved surfaces. Trail running shoes, on the other hand, are designed for off-road activities like hiking, trail running, and navigating rugged terrain. Understanding the intended use of each type of shoe can help you select the best option for your specific running activities.
