Okay I definitely struck gold when I chose these Nikes for my next run the way they hug your feet is simply perfect design they are so lightweight I have nothing on when wearing them. I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I mainly use these for walking but when I do need it for runs, it feels very secure around the top that I wo n't have a problem with slippage. The Nike app and website was spot on for sizing up for fit. I normally wear a 10. 5 but went with the 11s per Nike's suggestion and it fits perfectly. Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. If yours squeak, try some baby powder between the insole and sole. I think these have a glued down insole if remembering correctly, but i think i peeled them up in mine. Put baby power between the layers and try to get it to go between the sole from the upper and the foam of the cushioning/midsole where they are sewn together. Sometimes there are vent holes as well. If you get them really wet/dry and that gets washed out it will return some eventually but you can redo it. Ive had several different styles of squeaky shoes and this works. The squeak is between the upper sole and midsole and not the outer sole and the ground like most people think. That is why they squeak on any surface. Had these shoes for about a year and a half now and used and abused them. Feels pretty much as good or better than pegasus i had, although it is hard to ever get a direct comparison. Ive worked and walked a lot in them and usually feet feel as any other shoe Ive ever had. I coach and do a lot of outdoor work.

Minor slippage on my right foot as it ’s slightly smaller than my left foot. Toe cap is not your average Nike narrow one. Alphafly 2 has been my only running shoe, so I ’ m sorry to see it appears to be on the way out. I hope the 3 is just as good. I love the booty fit without the need to deal with a loose tongue. Grab the loops at the top and back to slip on more easily. The laces did dig into the top of my feet, but problem solved with a Lydiard- style lacing( see photo).

Never ever had a problem with the alpha fly. I ’ ve worn them for the last 3 years or so and love them. I have a really bad knee but I honestly don ’ t suffer with it when wearing the alpha flys because of the cushion acts as a shock absorber. Love them and all the colours

definitely PB shoes. hard to put on, which makes it feel like wrapping your feet during the run. Thumps up. It does give you lots push forward power when you running. This shoes require very strong calves. if you new runner or beginner please take a second thought about purchasing it.

This shoe's durability makes it a great daily trainer, especially if you like to mix in some trails here and there and do n't wan na lose traction. It's also light and squishy enough to wear on long runs making this an amazing all around shoe. I have a pair that's got +300 miles on it and took me through marathon training plan with +90% of the volume and they 're still kicking( 2: 47 marathon, 185 lbs). Here to buy a second pair.

After reading the reviews about it might be difficult to put them on and it was recommended to go a. 5 size up, I took that advice. The only problem was her adjusting to a bigger size shoe. For a being an active 4 year old, the shoes are great and she wears them all the time.

These are by far the best shoes I ’ ve run in given I ’ m a forefoot striker. If you are a forefoot strike, you need to at least try these. I ’ m using them as trainers and racers. I ’ m 6ft 200lbs, I ’ ve run sub 3H marathons.

[ I received the Nike Mystic Fly Baby shoes for my baby boy and these are the cutest little shoes that go with any outfit. The soft bottom is nice and the texture is canvas fabric so very comfortable for him. They have faux laces with a hidden velcro strap which makes for easy on and off without any kicking and screaming. I would definitely buy these again! Great quality and style!
