For reference: I am 5 ’ 7 and wear a size 10 in women. So far so good. First off Thank you Nike! I ordered a size 11 because of my last pair of Nike I bought were a 10 and the fit was to small. Per a review I read and doing some research I ’ m glad I went a size up. I guess I could have gone with 10. 5 but why risk it. I had these on for an hour just walking inside the house and so far so good. I have plenty of wiggle room.

The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. Mine are gray, and the green on the bottom is a soft green so the silver metallic swoosh on the sides is a welcome touch. I 'd definitely buy this shoe again, especially if it comes out in all- black with black sole.

I purchased these shoes for training purposes. At first, I thought they were small in regard to the fit but once I broke them in, they were definitely true to size. They are very comfortable, and I have received so many compliments. My son, who rarely says anything I choose looks fire actually saw them and said these shoes are FIRE. He actually was hoping they were for him for basketball. I think I will get some more but in different colors.

I didn ’ t think there would be that much of a difference between the 8 and the 9 but it ’s just enough to be THRILLED with this purpose. Same sturdy stability but more room in the toes and more cushion for the pushin haha. And I simply could not leave this colorway behind( hyper violet). Great show for weightlifting and stability, but runs small. I am a size 7. 5 and generally wear an 8 in Nike sneakers( Pegasus, etc.) so that I have room in the toes in case my feet swell a little from heat or hiking, etc. I ordered the Metcon in my normal Nike size of 8 and my big toe is basically at the tip of the shoe, so I need to exchange them for an 8. 5. If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! Anyway, just thought I would leave a review because these are way small.
