I have bought 3 Shock Doctor knee braces and this is the best one because you are able to make it tight with the adjustable straps. I have not had any problems with the hinge braces coming out of the pockets and I wear mine for at least 10 hours a day. Overall it gives my knee pretty good support.

I put this brace on and immediately my knee stabilized! I 've been unable to walk more than a few blocks lately, and I knew I needed help. Walking is now pain- free. I tested it on a bike ride, and went 12 stop-&- go miles in the city with no pain. A great knee brace for walking and travel. It does have a tendency to Wrinkle towards the kneecap from top and bottom during workout classes, squats jumping etc.. Perhaps it is a bit big, I am not sure as I went by the size guide. However it still supports my knee and that is what I need.
