I purchased this product last year as I was having trouble with knee pain during runs, which was new for me. Totally eliminated the issue. It's been one full calendar year with the same Pro- tec brace and I 'm still receiving the same support. I have washed it in the wash machine, air dry and still great support. My son who is 14 and 6' 3 started to complain about knee pain during his basketball and strength workouts in the past few months. I needed something lighter and not as aggressive or movement restricting as my current knee support in my comeback from a knee sprain. After much research online, I targeted the Pro- Tec Gel- Force Knee Support and have been very pleased with the product. It offers great stability and support for my knee with nearly no restrictions in basic knee/leg movement. It is light and the gel knee circle pad provides extra protection for the kneecap area. I have used this knee support in my pickleball play and doing yardwork. I highly recommend this product- size used is Large.

I injured both knees doing squats in January and have not done anything since then. I have walked with a limp for two months, but II have regained some confidence when exercising and walking long distances. It is discreet, but if you wear jeans or other tight pants, they will be noticeable. It provides compression, stability, and keep the knees warm. I had to order a medium, even though in other Shock Doctor products I am a large.
