I never liked Birkenstocks that much until I saw this platform design. When I tried them on in white. I found them to look so cute on and very comfortable. The sole was a little stiff for me at first but they softened after a couple wears. I typically wear a size 6 but I tried on size 5 as well. I was more comfortable with the 6. If in between sizes, sizing down is probably best.

I bought these sneakers for a trip to Japan during rainy season but little did I know they ’ d turn into my fav sneakers. They are now my go to sneaks everyday! I was worried that because they were waterproof they ’ d be too hot but my feet have never gotten hot. You do need to put inserts in them as they have no arch support but I just put my normal inserts in and they were good to go! I sized up a half size.

Higher platform a little different getting used to than the regular Birkenstock sandals. Comfortable enough after wearing the few times that I 've worn them. Do n't think that I would wear to walk a long distance though. Regular flat ones are better suited for that!
