I think they would be just as comfortable on a smaller skull. The polarization looks quality when I held them up to a another pair of quality glasses. Try it, put two pair with the lenses turned 90 degree and if it ’s super dark thats what you want.

The old ones zippered securely shut and had a clip to attach to your belt or pack when traveling and not needing to wear the sunglasses. These are probably my favorite Maui Jim ’s so far. I love the clarity of the lenses, they sit perfectly on my face. The arms have small rubber pieces on the ends that hold them snugly to your head without feeling tight. I can run with them, sail with them and they never feel like they ’ re going to fall off.
