Plenty of power and the blades have lasted well cutting through perch bones. Would n't use on walleye bones. The one thing that has broken was this ridiculous safety which was more of a hazard. There are four different lives included, so you can cut and slice all types of cheese. The one thing that is a little hard because of its size is cleaning it, but overall I really like this product.

[ I received this and I really love it. It's so nice it's comes with a board and inside the board when you turn it there's a set of knife this is so cool for camping or outside. I took it to the beach with me it came in so handy you just take it out open get a knife and cut on top of the board because it's a cutting board. I got alot of attention with the board and knife. People ask me where I gor it from. I will be looking into more products from this company.

It has a trim that juices will sink into rather than off the board. The knife set is also cool and has a good feel to them. I wasn ’ t actually a fan of the glass, but it does serve a purpose!
