The Woodwind 36 came very well packaged and in great condition despite some outward appearance of rough handling on the packages. Inside was well protected. Assembly was easy, although instructure were wordless with pictures only. Just pay close atte tion to part shaded and the details of the diagram and you will be fine. I chose this model for the ability to flame grill if wanted. The first cook was using the Side Sear grill with some chicken breasts. Worked great and they were delicious. The first smoke was a brisket for some family in town and it turned out perfect. Tender and juicy, just like a pro. Great flavor and smoke ring and everyone wenst back for more. The next was pork butts for Carolina pulled pork. Again they turned out perfect. Great flavor, super tender, and easy to pull off with the app and the ability to set your time, smoke, and timer or desire internal temp. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend the Woodwind.

Make sure you plan a burn off of the protective coating that is applied to interior metal part to protect against corrosion, this step is kinda buried in the manual. After these first few steps you are ready to create. This is truly plug and play. Lets admit it, most smokers work the same way, what sets this one apart and it major! is the ash clean out and the wood pellet dump. If you have ever had to shop vac out your smoker just before you are about to drop your dinner on the grill you 'll know the profanity my neighbors are treated to.( apologies) The ash clean out on this bad boy was a game changer. Do n't be cheap protect your smoker and buy the cover, yes you can park your rig under cover which helps, but the moisture in the air finds a way in. This is a must have for anyone wanting to make jerky, but also for any one that wants the option to get more cooking area. You can also use the different racks at varying heights to get separation from the heat source below. This comes in handy for longer cooks to get more flavor from your smoker. Do n't believe the reviews that talk about the sides of the rack falling down if you do n't have a rack in one of the slots. I do n't know what they are doing with their rack supports or if they might have installed wrong or something else, but if installed correctly they stay under the edge of the grates just fine when I 'm not using them. I can see myself using them more often than naught as I 'm trying to get better heat control whilst smoking my food.

I just got my Jerky racks this week and i did have to remove the original top warming rack mounting bars from my smoker, but no big deal 4 screws and the original stainless steel warming racks fit into the jerky racks support brackets so you can still use them in combination with the jerky racks. the capacity of these jerky racks is great I did 3. 96 Lbs of beef into jerky and I only used the top 2 racks. I could have done another 2 Lbs of beef easily with using the biggest bottom rack as well. I get so much more in my smoker now.

I coupled with a MinnKota 45 lb. thrust trolling motor and it moves me around well. I ’ m 5 ’ 10 ” and weigh 200. This isnt an inexpensive kayak but you get more than what you pay for in a stabile one person fishing craft that is packed with good features. Are the flaws? Sure there are some things they might want to consider such as the raised track handles put quit a bit on leverage on the hull but having those tracks there opens up all kinds of possibilities. This was my first yak and I ca n't imagine I could have bought any better this boat is as much fun as it is functional. One suggestion for future models is a sucken battery well to lower the center of gravity a bit and to help keep the battery in place.

After much research for my price point and size of pellet grill, I decided on the Camp Chef Pellet Grill Front Shelf- 24 ''. I have used it about 6 times now, and I really love it. The assembly instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. It's a sturdy well built unit, although I do wish the grill door fit a little more snug onto the unit when closed. The menu is easy to follow and to set temps and smoke. The app is ok. I lose connectivity sometimes with the grill and the wifi does n't work at all unless I have my blue tooth on. Not sure why that is. BTW, I have an exceptionally strong wifi signal at my house. And, when I lose the signal I 'm literally only about 22' away and have not moved. Anyway, the app is easy to set up and follow. All in all I really love the grill so far. Looking forward to many years of use.

This is the second shelf that I 've ordered, as I already have one on my other Camp Chef pellet grill. These shelves are great as a resting place when prepping food to go on the grill or a place to put the food when your removing it from the grill. The shelf is easy to install as the spots to bolt on the shelf brackets are already in place. I would estimate the time to install was around 15- 20 minutes using a screwdriver. The shelf folds down out of the way when not in use. The shelf will fit when folded under the Camp Chef grill cover.

Love the shelf! It is large enough to hold a large baking sheet, roughly the size of two large racks of top ribs. It makes it easy to transfer in and out for wrapping or off loading chicken, steaks or whatever without taking a chance of dropping them on the ground.

Best Paddle Ever! I started with a Gamma paddle prior Covid. I decided to enter US Open in Flushing. For whatever reason, my paddle was not on list of regulated paddles, so I upgraded! Best Ever. This is probably the best paddle ever. I now own 6 as after a lot of use, I buy a new one!!!

Overall the 505 has been an excellent paddle for me, I have used this paddle for two years as this is my second one. The paddle has great balance and control and the long handle allows two handed. Backhands, it also has a wonderful grip. I have played with many other popular paddles from different companies and this paddle by far has the best overall qualities of control and power.

I 've played with the 505 for about a year. The 505 does many things very well including pop, consistency, leverage, and control. Having played with many of the top brands the thing that sets the 505 apart is its large and consistent sweet- spot. This effects your entire game but for me it tremendously helped with the 3rd/5th/7th shot drops. I believe this is a great paddle for everyone but especially the 3. 5- 4. 0 player trying to progress forward to 4. 5. The paddle produces average spin which I think is actually a positive for this level of player, forcing them to focus on form and consistency over creating MAD spin. I coach and play at 5. 0.
