I purchased this as an entry model for rebounding. I really like the muuv app that came with it and it has helped me get started. I 'm not someone who enjoys exercise, and while I 'm on it I do n't love it, but I find myself drawn back to the thing almost everyday. I have done 100 jumps when exhausted and it has woken my brain up. Although it does fold up, I do n't think I 'm strong enough to it alone so I carry it upstairs when I 'm done. Its very quiet, but you might consider floor mats if using on uneven wooden floors.

I received my Stamina InTone Oval Jogger Trampoline yesterday and I ’ ve completed two full workouts! I had knee surgery last yesterday and I need a low joint impact workout. My only complaint is the cloth holders at the bottom holding the bands. My left side broke at the beginning of my without. I paused the video and used a silicone bracelet and it worked fine, but I still need a new clip, it ’s broke and has made a hole on my padding. I love the all over body workout! I am on a high school soccer team and needed a sturdy rebounder that I could shoot on without it breaking or falling backwards. After a ton of research this one looked the best and it definitely is. Although it is pricey and takes a little bit of time to set up it was worth it. The metal frame is very sturdy and never tips back even when I shoot hard on it. The size is great and big enough to do most shooting drills. The net is very tight so it always bounces back to me.
