I 'll start with the not great part first. Break in period was tough- probably b/c prior to this, I have n't skated since the Mighty Ducks franchise was in theaters. Once broken in, these babies fit like a perfectly- worn glove and they perform like Kobe in the clutch. Agile, fast, smooth, and supportive, my Twister XTs are BY FAR the best skates I 've ever worn. As good as advertised, do yourself a favor. Stop looking and buy yourself a pair.

I have used Lightning TRSs, Twisters, and Maxxums for the last 30 years. This is the best skate ever for Skate to Ski. It ’s stiffer than other skates so the support is outstanding. It amazes me how much better you can skate owning your own pair of skates rather then renting them at the roller rink. My Grandsons skating improved 100% within one night of skating with these new skates. You figure the average rate to rent skates is about 4. 50 per night. I 'm back on inlines after 22+ years off skates( last on 5- wheel/80mm Simmons, RacerBlades, and ProBlades in 1999- as a 10+ year ultra- distance road skater: A2A, NY100K, etc.)- and the Maxxum XT did not disappoint. Great boot, liner, height,& wheel- size@ 90mm: good support, comfortable, not too much of a jump in height( 80mm> 90mm), solid wheels& fast bearings. Extremely satisfied. If I make the jump to 110mm wheels, would plan to get these in that size( I 'd get the 125mm boots, and downsize the wheels). My 4 year old son LOVES his Neon Combo Skates. He has been dying to get skates of his own to keep up with his big brother and these multi- mode skates were the perfect find for him. He started out using them in quad mode. They definitely helped his balance and he said they were comfortable. As his confidence grew he felt ready to try them in inline mode. Switching the wheels is quick and easy. They are held on by 2 bolts per skate which are easy to remove using the included Allen wrench. Once in inline mode my son spent another hour in the skates and probably would have kept going if we didn ’ t make him come in for dinner. As it got darker outside he really noticed the light up wheels and thought they were the best thing ever. Even after hours in the skates he didn ’ t have any blisters and he said they were comfortable. These skates are WAY better quality than other skates we ’ ve used. They ’ re sturdy and provide solid support while also having super comfy thick padded liners. The adjustable sizing couldn ’ t be easier and will provide years of fun.

These twisters arrived today and they are very pretty!! well done!! my observation for others: 1. I am size 10/28cm in my usual shoe; I was unsure whether to choose 10/10. 5 or 11/11. 5!! I chose 10/10. 5 and they are perfect, they are super comfortable, I went out of the house and at what speed they take they look like a rocket!! I have 21 years without skating, I am 33 years old, I think I made a good choice in this 3- wheel model, everything is practice, the good thing is that I have a notion of skating!! My foot is normal to a little narrow, I would n't recommend it for people with wide feet... it says on the box that it comes with an Allen wrench but it did n't come with it:(,, it comes with an insole included which would be your size 10, if you remove it it reaches 10. 5.. it comes with 2 red/black braids.. I feel like you should bring your Allen wrench and a small oil for the bearings!!

I bought a pair of these skates in early July 2022 after realizing that a 3WD layout with larger wheels was going to be the best way to meet my fitness goals. I will admit that when I first heard of 3- wheel skates, I was a little skeptical about the alleged benefits, having been a 4- wheel inline skater for over 25 years. But after only three months with these skates, I am convinced that 3WD skates meet the hype. My endurance and speed have both greatly improved, although this wheel configuration does struggle on uphill stretches more than a 4WD skate does. One change I wish was made for this model is fitting a faster- ratcheting strap fastener. Oh, and a replaceable liner would be nice, too. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the Macroblade 110 3WD. If you ’ re looking to go faster for longer but don ’ t have the budget for full- on speed skates, these are the skates for you.

I did extensive research on a set of Urban Blades and ended up grabbing these ones. The pricepoint is worth the quality! I 'm happy to review as it's hard to find female reviewers in this community! The Boots fit great. I read so many reviews that these boots run small and the recommendation was to size up. I wear a size 9 in Tennis shoes and got the 9/9. 5. They fit great no matter if I have thin or thick set of socks on. They are pretty lightweight, but feel extremely supportive in the frame and boot. The laces and straps will keep your foot/ankle locked in for maximum support and speed! Be warned-- these Skates are FAST! I was an avid blader in my teens and just decided to pick it back up at 29! I 've been skating streets and sidewalks and the skates really handle the different textures of concrete. I did install the brake that came with it and have a goal to remove it by Friday( will officially be one week back into blading). These skates can handle Tstops, power glides/stops-- you name it! The hydrogen wheels are pretty dreamy and smooth. I feel like these skates are responsive and do n't feel out of control at all. So much thought went into the engineering of this product and I 'm thrilled I was able to grab a pair. I LOVE them and skate every day. Wanted to get into inline skating as a low impact exercise. Was in my teens last time I did. Running is too hard on the knees. These are great for the price. The wheels are HUGE and great for outdoor skating. I would n't recommend for beginners. Get smaller wheels if you 're just learning. Only downside so far is the straps tend to not stay tight. They loosen very easily. I 'm 6' 6 with 13 size shoe. These are true to size. Wearing these 195mm wheels and I 'm over 7' tall which is a long way to fall. Make sure you get safety gear as these have no brake.

They are very sturdy, comfortable and fantastic quality. The only cons I ’ ve come across are that they ’ re not very agile and feel a little clunky and heavy. I wish they were made with two wheels instead of three. However, 3 wheels are probably better for a beginner/average skater( since it provides better front to back stability), but I wish there was a 2- wheel option for more advanced skaters. I am an experienced skater from the old school rink days, and was looking for a comfortable pair of blades to help my son learn how to skate. They look and feel great, offer support and are easy to lace up. Wheels are good to go out of the box, I went from street to rink with no problems. Wheels are firm but a bit spongy, comes with some really good Abec 7 bearings. Totally worth the money, these guys deliver for the average Joe looking to have a comfortable, smooth, and stylish ride.

Bought these to mainly to to the roller rink with family. Took a little bit to wear in but very comfy. Wheels glide like butter. Only down fall was the bolts are on super tight, the front wheel bolt is now warped and could get it off, guess I 'll be keeping them until the wheels wear out. I was able to take the brake off no problem though.
