I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.

I have been looking to do more exercises that will increase my golf swing speed. I already do plenty of squats and kettle bell swings, but the Slam Ball is the perfect addition to my home gym as I feel like I can “ slam ” it much harder on the ground than a medicine ball. Purchased this ball primarily b/c of the olive color available in my size. I also like the non- toxic material and the company's eco friendly practices. No workout DVD was included which might make this ball seem like a lesser value compared to others; although, it's unlikely that I 'd actually use the DVD so not a big deal to me.
