Had this for over a month and it has done well. I had the Instinct 2 Solar for over 3 years and this was an upgrade. I really like the larger face of the 50 and the battery life.

This is my third Instinct Smartwatch and it is the ultimate evolution of this product. The Instinct Solar 1 and Instinct Solar 2 that I had both had great functionality but were difficult to read- this watch solves both issues with a 50mm face and a very bright AMOLED display. The “ rise to wake ” function is great- gives you a bright, colored readout when you look at it, and shuts it off when you aren ’ t looking at it. Battery life is fantastic- if you charge it once every 2- 3 weeks you will always have plenty of power. Highly recommend this excellent smartwatch.

I have had the Instinct 3 solar( 50mm) for a few weeks now and I could n't be happier with it. I have been walking with the watch exposed on my wrist and after a few weeks of usage it still shows 94% battery life due to the solar charging. I have n't tried a lot of the other features yet, but am satisfied with the solar part.

The Fenix 8 solar has a long battery life. I have n't charged it for 2 weeks and the Fenix has 41% still to go. Nice health monitors like HR and Pulse Ox. I am a Lifeguard and feel better that it is rated for deeper water than just a swim.

My next 24 hour event is n't for another month, but so far this has been an excellent watch with long battery life and great tracking. Added benefit of the built in LED flashlight has come in handy many times during early morning rides digging around in the back of the car for lost items. Great for an experienced outdoors person for long treks.

All the functions I expected and love, plus the functionality of the touch screen, and voice recognition is definitely worth the upgrade!

Upgraded from my Fenix 7 to get the full color display. Much more vibrant and readable, with excellent battery life( about 3 weeks with moderate GPS use). As with prior models, it is a bit of a chore to get the menus, display fields, and the watch face customized to your liking, but after that, it just works, with excellent functionality. Main hesitation in recommending it is just the price. Unless you use the microphone/speaker functions( which I do only occasionally) the main upgrade from recent models is the display and battery life.

Does so much, I do n't there is a person om earth that can use every feature, I wear it everyday, use it to keep me on task, use it for runs, and when i am in the mountains. Love this watch. I have charged it once, and I have had it for almost 3 or 4 months, I will charge it tomorrow for the second time.

The battery life is great on it, using this watch for all around activities but tracking your runs are great, I love that the screen is pretty much unbreakable and that the bezel doesn ’ t catch too much light causing glare. Very simple to use out the box, and recommended to set it up on the app for a quicker and easier set up. Don ’ t think about buying it. Just buy it. Did my research and the cheapest place I found it was on here.

If you want a watch that can track any activity and has a battery last for weeks look no further. This watch does it all, with accurate GPS tracking and long battery life it is perfect for my uses. I mainly use it for running and cycling and its amazing. While this has all the bells and whistles it is definetley meant for the more serious consumer. It may be too much for the beginner with the price.

Sturdy and robust design built for the hardships of everyday wear in all conditions. Great fitness tracking, gps, sleep monitoring, and the flashlight is awesome. UI is kind of weird like in most garmin products but the button interface makes it friendlier than most. Best suited for the committed adventurer and athlete. The solar display is less vibrant so watch faces can be a bit dull, the simpler face the better.

Upgraded from a descent g1 to the fenix 8 to track my ultra prone paddling, running, and life. The solar extends the battery amazingly when I ’ m GPS mode. I have an ultra this weekend and i have zero doubt this will perform flawlessly. Absolutely worth the investment

My `` Subscription '' for my ARCCOS sensors was up for renewal and the cost was$ 155, up from the$ 120 previously. The system pretty much sucks and is totally inaccurate- especially with putting. So it was decision time. Researched and wound up buying the X5. WHAT A PLEASURE! 1st- FREE SENSORS, 2nd- NO SUBSCRIPTION, 3rd- IT 'S ACCURATE!! Cost of$ 299 was well worth another bad year of golf with ARCCOS! A minor learning curve, but now am totally happy with the functionality, accuracy and price point! Do n't wait- RUN to replace your current system with the X5!

Yes I debated MIP vs AMOLED. Just but the thing. No regrets at all, might be overkill for a casual athlete like me but 32 day battery life is worth it. Never had an issue with the screen not being visible in Florida. Sun is always out and bright.

Avid runner, golfer, occasional cyclist. Coming from a long list of Garmin watches for many years. Most recently Tactix 7. Chose the Enduro for price, battery life, wear comfort, and a preference for MIP displays. So far, I have been absolutely impressed with this unit. I can truly say that I forget I 'm wearing it at times b/c it's just so light and comfortable. That's important to me as a runner and golfer. Being outdoors often it certainly benefits from solar and the new screen is very easily visible in sunlight compared to my previous watches with Amoled displays. Love the watch all around and think it 'll be hard to top. 5 stars, no regrets!

Bought this watch just over 2 weeks ago and have taken it off for maybe 30 min in that time. very comfortable to wear all day, lighter weight than expected and nylon band is very comfortable. took me a couple of days to figure out how tight to strap the band and how high to place up my wrist but after some time and getting used to it, i forget i 'm wearing it. i love all the data and customization on the watch faces/screens and ability to customize individual settings within activities. Battery life is exceptional, watch is reporting 19 days of battery left after wearing for 2 weeks and doing roughly an hour of `` activity '' each day. the flashlight feature is awesome when wearing it at night to quickly see something in the dark without pulling out my phone to turn on light, very handy, used it every day so far. MIP display is crisp and easy to see in the daylight, in the dark the backlight lights it up just fine. the one single item that i 've noticed not working each time is the radar feature within the weather widget, sometimes the screen will divide into quadrants and flash white, black and grey before clearing up and showing the radar. outside of that one item, i have yet to experience any issues, and would highly recommend this watch for someone prioritizing worry free battery life and tons of features if you like to nerd out on workout data both indoors and out.

Upgraded from a Fenix 6 pro solar that I used for over 5 years. Was in between going to Fenix 8, but after many reviews, I elected for the Enduro 3. Nice big watch face, incredible battery life, and all the updates that come with a newer model, without the price tag of the Fenix 8. Would highly recommend!

Purchased this watch to replace the excellent Fenix 8 47mm amoled model. Functions are the same in a significantly lighter watch with larger screen. Fewer buttons make the Venu easier to use for me. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to read in bright sunlight. Very customizable.

To give this review context, im coming from using a instinct 1. To upgrade to a fenix was a massive upgrade. I know A lot of people recommended switching to the Epix because it was so similar to this watch. To me it was important to have the most up- to- date user interface technology, without having to overspend on the fenix 8. The 8 is great but there were so many features i was not interested in. I had no use for them so the fenix e was perfect for me. I ’ m obsessed with it.

I had been using the Garmin Approach S60 for several years and decided to upgrade to the Approach S70. It is a bit pricey, but the many features of the watch along with the `` Virtual Caddie '' and AMOLED display which is brighter and clearer, offering a higher quality viewing experience from any angle, The maps are best- in- class.
When searching for a scratch resistant watch, consider materials like sapphire crystal or hardened mineral glass, as these are known for their durability. Additionally, look for watches that have undergone scratch resistance testing to ensure they can withstand daily wear and tear. Features like water resistance and shock resistance can also enhance the overall durability of the watch.
Yes, scratch resistant watches are often designed with outdoor activities in mind. Their durable materials help protect against scratches and impacts that can occur during hiking, biking, or other adventurous pursuits. Many models also include additional features like GPS tracking and heart rate monitoring, making them ideal companions for outdoor enthusiasts.
The scratch resistance of a watch plays a significant role in its longevity by protecting the face from damage that can impair visibility and aesthetics. A watch with a high level of scratch resistance is less likely to show signs of wear over time, allowing it to maintain its appearance and function for longer. This can be particularly important for those who wear their watches daily.
Common materials used in scratch resistant watches include sapphire crystal, which is known for its exceptional hardness, and mineral glass, which is treated to enhance its durability. Some watches may also feature synthetic materials that offer scratch resistance while being lightweight. Understanding these materials can help you choose a watch that meets your durability needs.
Yes, scratch resistant watches are available in a variety of styles to suit different preferences and occasions. Whether you prefer a sporty look, a classic design, or a modern smartwatch aesthetic, there are options that combine scratch resistance with style. This versatility allows you to find a watch that not only performs well but also complements your personal style.
Many scratch resistant watches are designed to be water resistant, making them suitable for swimming and other water sports. However, it's important to check the specific water resistance rating of the watch to ensure it meets your needs. Look for features like water resistance ratings of 50 meters or more for optimal performance in aquatic environments.
