Had Hoped
I bought this item hoping it would help with my granddaughter ’s shin splints during track/field season. One track meet she said they helped a little bit and the next meet she said they helped a lot. I ’ m not sure how to rate them honestly. Maybe had I known there was a company that made this product and remembered my granddaughter ’s problem from last season I could have bought them ahead of the season this year and been able to know if they were beneficial or not so much. Sorry I ’ m not much help.
