Regardless, they are perfect for bringing to my local gym and strapping them onto a pull- up bar or a squat bar( depending on how you feel like using them). One thing to mention is that they seem to chip easily. To avoid this, I wrap them in a hand towel when I 'm not using them or when I 'm transporting them. Rock rings filled in well. Mounted in the rafters of my walk in attic, I first thought it would be too easy but the available workouts are nice and hard for me.
